I have had several coffee/espresso machines, including but not limited to, Keurig, Lavazza, Nespresso - you name it. I recently switched to a 20 bar espresso machine and both my husband and I loved the coffee more than any previous machine. However, my husband does not like having just a machine that makes espresso. I asked if he wanted to go back to a capsule machine but he said no. 1). You are at the mercy of your local stores and what they have in stock in capsules - or if you’re near running out and have to order thru Amazon it may take a few days or more. I’ve also ordered capsules and they were stale but you’re stuck with them because = non returnable. 2). Even my husband recognized the superior taste of the coffee made in an espresso machine and didn’t want to go back to capsules. So I bought this machine because it has the capability of using coffee grounds I can purchase anywhere at any time. I can NOT run out of coffee. I taught my husband how to make an Americano and he loves that and with this machine he can do it with the push of a button - you can set it to brew a specific amount or manually stop the flow of coffee when you choose making it weak or as strong as you like. I washed the machine and soaked the water tank in hot soapy water. Removed the plastic plug in the tank and ran a few cups of clean water thru. I put my favorite grounds in and brewed a double cup and it was AMAZING! The amount of creama was so nice and thick and the coffee tasted so clean and pure. I think we have finally found the perfect machine! It works great, sounds great…the coffee taste is superb. Go for it! ... show more

The coffee pot is just the way I like it, nice and simple. Put the ground coffee and water in and press the button. Stays hot for a while without reducing the amount of coffee. Easy to clean. I love the grinder. My old grinder was a count of 7 for a course ground. This grinder does a medium grind in a 2 count. A lot less noisy too. I am sure my neighbors appreciate that at 6 AM. ... show more

my coffee maker came on time and used it the same day. coffee was made quickly and was very good. it was worth the money. easy instructions, stayed hot for 2 hours. perfect. But the delivery was NOT good. I do not lock my gate and package was placed right by the gate. Some one could have taken it with just opening my gate. instructions were to leave it on the porch by the bench . It wasn't even left at my front door. Plus it wasn't even raining. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was honestly wondering why under the reviews it I absolutely could not find this in particular coffee machine posted especially with it being advertised as what’s in the pictures ! Long story short save your 200 dollars and go elsewhere , I bought this machine after hunting for a nice quality coffee maker that would make me stop going to Dunkin and I thought this was the one until I started using it today. This machine turned on but once I tried to set it to make coffee or even steam for my milk and it started making a LOUD noise and nothing would come out . I called Amazon and Amazon got in contact with the seller only to tell me it seems to be defective and to now waste my time of the day and send it back for a new one or my refund. Huge waste of time and money . LOOK THE OTHER WAY !!!!!! I’m super upset. ... show more

Unit was ok but doesn't like the design of cover of the coffee pot! It spilled out or dripped water from the cover edges & doesn't have the "strong" bottom for coffee. Overall it was ok to use but buy again!
