I’ve put over 200 miles on this bike across a variety of terrains, from mountain trails to soft sand and it continues to exceed my expectations, especially for the price. Pros: • The 26” x 4” fat tires make riding over obstacles effortless. Whether it’s sand, gravel, or rough trails, this bike handles it all with ease. • It’s a tall bike, which makes it an excellent fit for riders over 6 feet tall. • The battery life is impressive. I regularly ride 30 miles on assist level 5 and still return with two bars of power left. • The seat has a beach cruiser design with built-in springs, making long rides very comfortable. • The ergonomic grips include palm rests, which make throttle control more comfortable and natural. Cons: • The handlebars can slip if too much downward pressure is applied. • I had to adjust the front brake to prevent it from rubbing. • The seat arrived with a tear, but customer service handled the issue quickly and professionally. • At around 200 miles, I noticed the rear axle nut had loosened significantly, something to watch out for and regularly check. • The brake lever retention screw tends to back out, requiring occasional tightening and adjustment. Overall: I’m really happy with this bike. It rides well, feels solid, and turns heads everywhere I go. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments, and with a few minor adjustments, it’s been a great investment.

This is my second Ecotric, one stays at my Florida home and this new one stays at my Richmond, VA home. In Richmond I needed the 48 volt version to tame the hills. In Florida, the 36 volt version works fine on the flat streets. As others have said, this is a heavy bike that requires legs with an in seam of approximately 30 inches to allow the "giblets" to clear the bar when you are stopped. The power and ride quality of this bike is incredible. The OEM seat is my first that didn't need changing out. It is very comfortable. The components are well made and heavy duty. The only fly in the ointment is the handle bars. No matter what you do they will not tighten up securely at the center spindle. This allows them to shift up and down at important times when you need rigidity. After looking online, I decided to drill and tap a 1/4" hex head screw down through the handlebar. This fixed the issue completely. There are other online ways to fix the problem, so don't let this change your decision to purchase the bike.

Bike was easily assembled and worked without any issues. I charged the battery overnight and rode about 18 miles through some very hilly areas and the battery is showing one bar on the gauge so id say it will definitely get 20 miles easily in hilly terrain and likely 25-30+ on mostly flat land. I did pedal some but not a lot, I mainly helped on the steeper hills. I wanted to see how far it would go on mainly electric power but I also did not want to drain the battery too quickly by only using the electric on the several steep hills. Let me say, this bike is great fun to ride! You have 5 levels of pedal assist, the good thing about that is, you can coast but as soon as you start pedaling, the motor cuts in making pedaling so much more easy. The gearing seems proper and pretty good for the bike, even though its only a seven speed. The bike would run wide open at just under 20MPH, maybe it will run 20 MPH and the speedometer could be off. Id like to see it run at about 25 MPH which is a good speed for the rural area I ride in. Now, BIG, BIG consideration...if you are short, you WILL NOT like this bike. The seat sits very high and with the tall tires, you likely will not be able to get on and off very easily. As far as riding it, the height is no problem but when you stop or have to put a leg down, you will not be able to do so from the seat. I'm 5'8" and I can barely straddle the center bar when I stop. The seat can be lowered by getting rid of the seat post that came with the bike but then, you'd lose the shock absorber which I did not want to do because it makes the ride so much more comfortable. Overall, I am well pleased with the bike so far but I've only ridden it twice in the one day I've had it so not much info just yet on durability, etc. But it handles well, is pretty smooth and even tracks great when you take your hands off the handle bar. Two things I can think of right now I wish it had was a thumb throttle (not the twist type it has) and cruise control. These aren't deal killers but rather more comfort and convenience oriented issues. If you're not vertically challenged (height), get this bike, you'll love it!

You need to try this ebike. I looked at reviews and YouTube videos of all kinds of fat tire cruisers. I decided on ecotric. It is amazing so I bought my son one. Everything about it is nice. Rides great although I’m a big guy 6’ 2” 270 lbs so I bought a different seat. Love the curved handle bars the big tires ride great and the seat even has a shock built in to cushion the bumps. It looks great very impressed. We got a blue one and an orange one. They both stand out. Had to do minor adjustments to brake calipers to keep from squeaking but other than that we love them. I haven’t gone over 6 miles at a time so far but I did 3 six mile trips without charging and it only moved one bar. This is one of the best and fuest purchases I have made. Keep in mind it is very tall bike. I barely fit with seat high enough to make it comfortable to pedal. My son is 5’ 10” and I lowered his seat all the way and he has to tiptoe when he stops

Be aware. This bike is overpriced and cheaply built. Parts do not fit well and the fenders are plastic and do not even fit. Do not buy this ebike. waste of money. I purchased another ebike for slightly more and it is well made, comfortable, and comes with all the accessories. The seller does not reply to the requests for RMA. I purchased Hammer Ebike it in October and the battery won't charge. I cannot find Battery replacement either on the manufacturer's website.
