The ball hitch needs to be slightly longer in my opinion as my personal trailer did not fit well on the hitch. Was easy fix as I already had an extra ball mount that was longer and fit the hitch, so no biggie.

There were no instructions included for the safety bar and the instructions for the hitch were very blurry. The product arrived with a few scratches and some dents. Some of the holes seem to not be aligned. After trial and error we ended up having to take the step off of our golf cart for installation as the bolts were longer than the space between our step and the back of our golf cart. What should have been a fairly quick install ended up taking a bit longer. All in all once it was installed, it works as intended. ... show more

If I could give it zero stars I would. The grab bar bends at joints no matter how tight you get the bolts. The metal is so weak that it bends. The only part that feels like a solid steel piece is the actual hitch. Absolute garbage. 2 hours of my life I will never get back. This company should pay me for the aggravation and time spent on assembly and disassembly and packaging. DO NOT BUY. Hope they discontinue selling this trash on amazon. Had to do slight modification to make it fit used a hack saw to cut. Hitch rattles a lot so we take it out when not in use. But highly recommend, great product would buy again!

    • Hitch is sturdy the bar is not
The hitch was a nice addition and well built but the bar being 4 peices allowed it to move way too much no matter how tight you got it making it unsafe for the kids on the back

    • Not a direct install but it works.
Had to modify my foot plate to make this fit. Brackets sent with kit are a wider spacing. Handle has some flex at the bracket but is sturdy for a grab bar. 1.5 hours total install, that included removing the existing foot plate so I could drill new holes.
