After receiving this product, I quickly realized it was of inferior quality. The instructions are hard to read and what could be read isn’t translated very well from Chinese to English. You will be left to kind of figure it out for yourself if you choose to purchase this product. The included hardware doesn’t work very well. The light fixture itself is of poor quality as well. It looks ok when it’s installed. Had I not already put holes in the ceiling to secure the bracket, it would have went right back in the box and returned. I bought a few chandeliers for my basement, and this was one of them. Since this was a flush mount, it was a good fit. Overall, this is a good value for money. Removing the plastic / elastic film was a pain, especially after installing the chandelier. If you remove it before installation, you might end up with finger prints on the glossy finish. Once you know how to hang the beads, it is quick. Before installing the chandelier to the ceiling, double-check if the hooks that hold the beads are firm and secured well on the back. I did not check and hence, 4 of the beads dropped down and broke. Once you install the chandelier, it is not easy to fix this either. It looks good on the ceiling once the lights are turned on. Unless I look closely, I do not notice the missing beads. Manufacturer should address this minor quality problem. Overall it is good. ... show more

The light looks nice but the quality is Suck! Doesn’t matter what you do the transformer or the main light control board thing will get burn and the light will stop working. Worst ever! I loved how easy this chandelier was to install. I didn't have a billion pieces to put together! I did need some help from the wife and my neighbor because it is a little clumsy/awkward to mount but it didn't take long with their help. Once installed it is magnificent!
