Custom design bolts directly to factory mounting points on the rear of the vehicle, very similar design to the OE Receiver Hitch. Durable powder coat design sheds water and provides a long lasting rust free finish. Designed as a one-piece welded assembly for added strength, we built our hitch receiver to match the towing capacity of your Jeep. 3,500-lb tow rating, 350-lb tongue weight rating with weight distributing equipment; otherwise 2000-lb tow rating, 200-lb tongue weight rating.

The only issue I saw is the receiver cover barely fits due to hitting the bottom of the bumper. If buying some type of receiver cover. Easy to install. Fit tight to the bumper with little hang down. Very happy with quality. Reused two bolts I had to remove from behind the bumper, to mount this hitch. Came with more than enough hardware.

The only reason this product didn't get 5 stars was insufficient install instructions. Yes, it was fairly easy but the seller should include a flat prybar in the tool list, and specify that the light harness bracket should be installed as part of hanging the hitch in place. Once installed it is a good-looking, OEM look piece of gear. I primarily bought it to use a bike carrier with, but seeing it installed means I need to get the light plug kit. Once the shroud piece on the crossbar is pulled away the hitch practically snaps into place making the bolts a snap to install. Overall I feel it's a good solid product. ... show more
