Ok so this review is late.. but I have been praising this big heavy industrial off road scooter all night. I would complain to my son it's too heavy bulky, big ahs tires. This scooter saved my son's life. I am so thankful for it's sturdy strong build. It's in half now somewhere down Lankershim. But my son walked away with merely scratches and bumps. This scooter took the brunt of the impact 40 mph, sent my son flying into the air. This scooter is everything, and it's built to sustain. God bless this scooter.

Great scooter for the price, it’s a bit hard to fold so I’d just store it in a safe garage. It’s very fun in the autumn when it’s not hot out. I had it for like a year and it’s not been damaged at all even when I fell😭. It’s definitely great for the price.

After much research I decided on this scooter. it was $399, $430 with tax. My daily commute to work and back is 10 miles total. If I hop on the metro rail it's half that. For the last 15 days of ownership I have ridden back and forth with not many problems. But I had to face certain realities such as the fact that this scooter is not capable of handling rain whatsoever. It has an ipx4 rating, (meaning the screen and the electrical components can only handle light splashing) so if it drizzles just a bit, you are at risk of losing your scooter and your money. So I've kept it dry. Just food for thought, Most phones have ipx6 or ipx7. Yes it reaches 25mph and overall I never had many issues with battery life, but don't expect to go 25mph non stop. Because once the battery gets down to 80% or less it will only go about 22-23mph. The other downfall is the slow acceleration, yes I am a full grown man at 5'10 and weigh 220lbs. But it's rated for 265lbs allegedly. I really wanted to like this scooter. It's attractive, it's comfortable to ride and has some good specs for the price. Today after only 15 days of ownership, I received a fault code and it would no longer accelerate. So essentially I now have a 50lb kick scooter, I'm not sure if that's worse than walking. Also! If I want to return this scooter. The seller requires me to pay for the shipping which is over $200, half the price of the scooter. Hence the 1 star. What a disappointment, don't buy from this company. Do your research!

I bought the EC10 to replace a cheap scooter that displayed the E7 error code after one year. The EC10 has been a great reliable scooter so far. Having bigger wheels with pneumatic tires make a huge difference in ride quality. The front and rear dual shocks soak up road imperfections. Unlike most scooters, the EC10 is RWD which gives it better responsive acceleration especially up hills. The recharge time is faster than advertised, about five hours from a wall plug. The extra accessories like the travel pouch and extra tire tube are appreciated. But it has drawbacks: -it claims a range of 25-32 miles depending on speed and terrain but not even close. I’m 6’0” and 185 lbs. so I’m not especially heavy however the top speed mode only gets 10 miles, the normal mode gets 15 miles and the low speed mode gets 18 miles. -it claims a top speed of 25 mph but not quite. It tops out at 22 mph on even ground. -it is heavy, around 45 lbs. so it may be too heavy to carry for some people. -the recharger block gets very hot while recharging.

This scooter is AWESOME just got it and took it out on its maiden voyage and put 3 miles on it I’m 240 pounds and it takes off quick and still got me up to 24 mph on flat road. Haven’t got a chance to test the range, I’m a bigger guy so I’m sure I won’t get near its claimed range but if I can get 15 miles I’ll be really impressed. But the scooter is well built and everything on it works great.

Hello, I am using it for going to work. Everyday . Mon to fri. . 8 miles back and forth. Except if there is rain. I was checking today. So far I drove 320 miles . Well built. Definitely will buy again if we need another one. That time may be 750 or 800 watts.
