First of all, when I find something I like I buy two of the same. Since I have been wearing Skechers for nearly 10 years, you will not find another brand in my closet. When I broke my foot in 2009, I tried to find a shoe that would fit comfortably, had support, that I could walk properly, didn't cause any blisters, etc. I couldn't wear heels anymore, nor my favorite sandals. Forget about flip flops!!!!!! I found Skechers and I was totally hooked. I ditched all of my really expensive heels, loafers and slip ons, my running shoes and was left with Skechers. I even got my husband wearing them. I went to a retail store to find out which size suited me best, and then just started ordering them from Amazon. If I wanted to wear knee highs with slacks in the cooler months, I would order a 10. All of the other times, I would order 9 1/2. I will say, that after a while of wearing them I do get them out of shape. I frequently wash them in the washing machine, and never put them in the dryer. One interesting point, I developed plantar fasciitis and was in a tremendous amount of pain. I tried every shoe support I could find for plantar fascitis and finally after a few months it went away after lots of PT and ice. I did get quite used to the support inserts and I just kept wearing them in my Skechers. I look around and I see many knock offs of Skechers but I know I have the real brand. You are probably wondering what I do about getting dressed up. I don't own a dress, but some very nice slacks. You can find Skechers that have little sparkles on them that are all black. They are the dressy ones, and of course if you look hard enough you can find some black suede. I would be embarrassed if you were to look in my closet and count how many pair I have. They are pretty much the same style, color and pattern. To keep the pairs together, I use clothes pins and snap them. Love my Skechers.

I love Skechers Shoes. I have many pairs over the years and the Go Walks are particular favorites. I DO realize they tend to run a "bit" on the larger size, or you could say, they run larger. In any event, when I ordered my usual size 8 Wide, I hadn't anticipated receiving a shoe that was somewhere in the vicinity of what looks and definitely feels like a 9 1/2 size shoe, plus it's VERY wide! Good Lord! Who the heck (I'm trying to be nice here), are sizing these shoes,?!!!! It's absolutely ridiculous really. From a size 8 W, to what feels like I'd say AT LEAST a size 9 1/2, is unacceptable. (I use that size as an example as my friend wears that size and this shoe is the exact fit!) I was wearing the said Skechers in my home and the shoe was flopping off my feet. NOT GOOD. Another bad move on this shoe that has annoyed me is that Skechers Go Walks are well known for their insoles' comfort! Well, NOT this pair! The insole in the Skechers I received are EXTREMELY THIN and has NO indication of ANY MEMORY FOAM WHATSOEVER! I'm extremely disappointed with my purchase!! I am an excellent Amazon customer and shouldn't have to settle for second rate shoes that don't deliver on what they advertise. I'm not a happy customer right now. My husband threw the boxes away before I had a chance to send these back. So now I'll have to give to my friend who'll be able to fit in them. Whoever may be looking at these particular Skechers; I'd say, be very careful and use close consideration in your sizing. They DEFINITELY RUN VERY LARGE AND OVERSIZED. I used the Caps as a statement. No kidding. And don't forget what I said about the flimsy NON existent Memory Foam - terrible. Overall, I don't recommend THESE particular Skechers.

I have been searching for a highly cushioned mesh comfy shoe to wear on a Europe trip. I have ordered and returned multiple makers and kept searching. My search is over! Very deep and comfy cushioning, comfortable to slip on, love the mesh for breathability. I wear a size 5.5 and that's what I ordered. They are a perfect fit, perhaps even a little roomy. I got the taupe and it will go with absolutely everything. I also love that the sole is a close match to the color of the shoe. I am not a fan of the white sole with a dark upper-- it looks too sporty for what I am going for.

I needed a good walking shoe for the treadmill and other similar machines at the gym. I'm new at the whole gym thing and not the least bit coordinated so I didn't want the extra problem of dealing with untied shoe laces. I also hate when one shoe feels tighter than the other and get easily distracted by that and other equally simple things when I'm trying to work out. These shoes are comfy and supportive! They also came in this rockin' bright pink, even in for my big wide feet. I love them.

If your a health care/hospital employees and on your feet for hours and hours.. GET THESE. GET THEM NOW. I kid you not they are like walking on clouds. How I survived 39 years without these idk. But I’m buying more pairs to have on hand. These are my theme park shows for sure. Can be work with or without socks (if you’re a none sock wearer) and the comfort applies both ways. I can’t be without socks while wearing shoes cause that’s just me, but I have slid them on to grab the mail etc and the comfort and conforming is still there. If you have any feet conditions that other shoes make unbearable, GET THESE. I have wide short feet that I’m always going up a half size sometimes more in shoes and it’s always a hassle for proper fit and comfort. These are just amazing and I can get my true size with no issue and get the width that’s appropriate. If you read this entire review you spent too long speculating on getting these, do it and thank me later!!!
