Better Than The Frog System!!

I purchased a 2024 Viking Spa Heritage 1 model brand new in 2024. It’s a 370 Gallon Hot Tub made in Michigan. It’s been a great tub so far without any issues. I originally used the Frog system for about a year. That system was expensive. When I used the Frog, the Hot Tub Struggle to keep the chemicals in balance. I would still have to add chemicals to the hot tub weekly. I would replace the water every 3 to 4 months. After about a month with fresh water, I would have to use Defoamer at least twice a week. I would start developing scum rings around the tub after a few weeks. The cholerine cartage would last about 3 weeks. I would have to check the hot tub chemicals every 2 to 3 days. It was a lot of work for the amount of money you spend on that system. I decided to try EcoOne Spa monthly. I noticed in the started kit, it came with Chlorine shock. I started using the EcoOne monthly and wow, it made a difference. The chemicals stayed balanced if you used the shock (after using the tub) a few times a week. After doing some research, I found out that some people were having success with using 1” Chlorine tabs that were in a small pool floater in the hot tub. So I tried it and it works great. So now I’m using EcoOne monthly and 1” Choline Tabs. One chlorine tab will last almost 2 weeks. Of course, you have to set the floater to the lowest setting or your chlorine levels will get to high. I will still use EcoOne Shock once a week if I use the hot tub. What surprised me the most is how the water always looks crystal clear now. After a week with the Frog, it started to look hazy. The water feels a little softer than using the Frog system too. After 6 months, I haven’t use any Defoamer chemical and I haven’t had any scrum rings around my hot tub. The water always looks clear and it’s never been hazy looking since I started using EcoOne. EcoOne and the 1” Chlorine tabs have made the hot tub very low maintenance to keep clean now. Highly Recommended.

Great product

This product is fantastic. Our hot tub water is always crystal clear and smells very fresh (not like chemicals). The best part is that all I have to do is put one bottle of this a month in the hot tub (and chlorine tablets only as needed). So, this product makes for a very low maintenance.

Product works great but after 2 years it no longer ships to any address in San Diego?

I have used this product for 2 years and it works pretty well. just a once a month application of one of the little bottles of stuff, maybe 1 -2 chlorine tablets a week in my little hot tub, which I use 1-2 times a day. Today I suddenly find I can no longer ship to my home address or any other address that I have. previously used in San Diego. All other spa products on Amazon can still ship to my address, so not sure why this is happening, but it's the reason for the 3 star review. Product works great but if I can't get it shipped to me then what is the point?
