Wanted a more natural spa treatment that wouldn’t irritate skin. This works great! We put in a shock treatment every few days and the spa monthly every month and that’s all we need. Tub sides get a bit slimy without the shock but it goes away after the shock. We also bought a water filter to attach to the hose when we initially filled up the hot tub.

I have a wonderful Plug & Play above ground hot tub. It is designed for two people to lounge in and only requires 150 gallons of water. The interior color of the shell is slate gray so the hard water ring became very visible in no time and my skin felt rough. I searched for a spa water softning product selecting this one mainly because it was the right price for me and reviews were good. I was confused reading the directions that instructed using the entire bottle in a 7,000 gal. Spa!! Had to calculate what my little spa needed. I ended up adding about 6 capfuls or so and in a day the water felt soft, smooth, and more relaxing. It didn't create any slippery feeling and the white hard water ring had disappeared! An economical great product for a little tub and there's a lot left for future spa refills.

The media could not be loaded. The “foam” is just bubbles from the jets being on. I like this product a lot. Feels kinda pricey but only once a month. I still have to add other chemicals but this really clears the water up and prevents that icky hard water feeling on your skin. Next order I’m gonna try half the bottle every two weeks.

I have used this product for 2 years and it works pretty well. just a once a month application of one of the little bottles of stuff, maybe 1 -2 chlorine tablets a week in my little hot tub, which I use 1-2 times a day. Today I suddenly find I can no longer ship to my home address or any other address that I have. previously used in San Diego. All other spa products on Amazon can still ship to my address, so not sure why this is happening, but it's the reason for the 3 star review. Product works great but if I can't get it shipped to me then what is the point?

Was very skeptical but we put this in our hot tub and still no rash! We were contemplating getting rid of our hot tub. We've also notice it's doesn't require as much chlorine and those levels as well as the PH have been great. It'll be worth the $16.00 a month for sure!

Last summer I had trouble keeping my hot tub crystal clear. I had researched an easy way to maintain the chemical balance without all the harshness. I found this product. One shock sanitizer has been easy to use. My skin is extra sensitive and I haven’t had any issues using the system. I don’t smell harsh chemicals when sitting in the hot tub and my water has been crystal clear since the beginning of the summer, I highly recommend this system. A must buy for hot tub owners that need a quick easy way to maintain their hot tubs.
