  • Reliable powerful heater at only 150w
My indoor free roaming rabbit LOVES this heater! She lays out in front of it like she’s laying out at the beach under the sun. I put one of her small wood cube hidey houses in front of it and this is her favorite place to sleep. The panel does get hot but when I’ve touched the surface with my fingertips, I’ve never gotten burned (however I didn’t keep my hand on it for over a few seconds). It came with an “on” sticker that changes color to let you know when it’s on which is quite useful. It’s also very lightweight but will not easily be knocked down due to the feet. I love that this provides much needed comfort as she’s an elderly bunn. Serious heat at 150w and it’s durable and working really well since we’ve had it for a year and half. I came back to see if they have any more pink or baby blue but it looks like those colors are out of stock. I hope they’ll bring back those colors and I’d even buy a white heater since our walls are white, the black would stick out too much. ... show more

  • Awesome for my outdoor bantams
Color: Black
This is a great coop heater for adult chickens. Heats up quickly, easy to to wipe down, and shouldn't overheat the coop. Excellent for bantam chickens. Allows them to press up against it if the weather is a bit colder. I absolutely would not run this if the coop isn't weather proof, as I don't think it would be water resistant. You can mount on the feet to have it stand on its own, or mount it on the wall. Also, the price is excellent for the great build quality. ... show more

  • Perfect heater!
Color: Black
I bought this heater to keep outside cats warm. It worked perfectly! I was so grateful I found it before the arctic temperatures we had last week. The cats have insulated boxes on the carport. With setting this little heater in the area and enclosing, they stayed warm and comfortable. I’m so glad I purchased. Quick and easy to set up and put out a perfect amt of heat with no fan noise to scare them. ... show more

  • Would work for a very small coop
Color: Black
I tried using it for a dog house 40x80inch, ig it was a big ask, didn't make a difference really and gets very hot to the touch. It has not protection for the wire and zero thermostat just a switch to turn it off and on. would work for a small well insulated coop

  • Quit working. Mfg warranty sucks
Color: Black
I used this for one month for my babies in the brooder, unplugged it until we ran electric to the big coop today (Nov 15, 2022). It doesn't work. Doesn't even get warm. Nothing. Two year warranty so I emailed the company for replacement/refund, and I will update when I hear something. Took awhile to figure out that it wasn't working since it NEVER heated up quickly or even glowed at the power indicator, and the switch is not marked except for a single straight line which means WHAT? UPDATE:. Cust service called me in one day, notified me are sending replacement. Five stars for cust service UPDATE: Spoke too soon, they wrote again, and told me that I had to go through Amazon since I bought it there. I called Amazon Customer service which made an exception since the return time frame had expired (2 year MFG warranty means nothing to Amazon). Amazon refunded the purchase price without requiring sending in the defective product. God help America, and protect Amazon ....! ... show more

  • Switch on at the cord.... heater works... even when stomped by goats!
Color: Black
I thought at first it didn't work because I left the cord twist-tied and just plugged it in and it "didn't heat", then I realized after waiting for hours (I got distracted) that the flip switch is on the cord not the heat alert on the screen. Silly me! I was apprehensive about it working because goats got to the packaging, tore it open, strolled across it and left scratch marks on one corner, and tossed the stands about four feet away from the screen... I went back to my order to see if the stands were supposed to be in the torn box after I brought it inside and found no stands. Stands WERE included and still work now that I did a quick search and found the stands in the grass some four to six feet from the torn box and screen. Was easy to put together and is clearly durable since the goats stomped and scratched a corner but it still works and was not cracked. I just wiped the scratch away with a damp cloth and double checked for cracks. Works great. Only I think I would suggest getting the one with an auto on and off you plan to put it outside as I do so you don't have to keep going to flip the switch. Is great for inside, under desk, and anywhere you will be on hand to flip it on and off and yes, it works very well. Got it for my dog kennel and hoping it is less a fire hazard than some heaters and I will hang it on the wall/door so it doesn't take up floor space. Overall pleased and it is definitely durable and still working despite the goat dismantling the mailed box. ... show more

  • Perfect for Feral Cat Boxes
Color: Black
Bought this for a feral cat box (4 cats for now). Doesn't get hot enough to burn combustibles (172-178 degrees F), but can burn the skin if you hold it. No different than my boiler pipes at the outlet. Appears water tight, but I wouldn't put it directly into the elements to find out. It will be wall mounted inside the cat box. I added a thermostatically controlled exterior adapter (Frost King 099000), so it won't run until the temp is below 50. This should be economical as well. Warming just 20 cubic feet, and it certainly helps. ... show more

  • Our Ladies were appreciative
This year we had 8” of snow. Our coop is not insulated and we have not had a blizzard before much less any snow. But two of these in an 8x8 coop worked great to keep the birds from suffering any frost bite. The top of coop is well ventilated and I know it was still cold but we were still getting eggs so the girls liked it. It doesn’t heat the entire coop but the birds can walk near it as they get cold. These were easy to install on the coop wall with a couple of screws and the price was great. Also it doesn’t use a lot of electricity compared to other heating options. The smooth plastic surface is easy to clean and it is sturdy and cord is well insulated. ... show more
