I recently purchased the Ecomobi Foldable Mobility Scooter from this company, and I can honestly say, this is the company you want to buy from! Not just because the scooter itself is great (and it truly is), but because their customer service is truly outstanding and went above and beyond. The scooter is perfect for someone like me who travels a lot. It folds up easily and fits right into airplane cargo. It only weighs about 41 pounds, so it is light enough to handle with no problem. It even goes in all my cars, including my sport car. For the price, I thought this was an excellent choice. When it first arrived, I ran into a big problem. I thought the charger was bad. I was worried and frustrated. I sent a message to the company, and to my surprise, I received a reply within just a few hours from a wonderful woman named Katharina. She was exceptionally kind, understanding, and sympathetic with my issues. She worked patiently with me to figure everything out. We had a phone call and exchanged several emails for proper documentation. During this process, we discovered the charger was not bad at all! The scooter actually has two battery compartments. Where I though the batter was missing. One compartment for the live battery and another for storing a second battery if you plan to travel more than the 12 to 15 mile range. I thought the battery was completely missing until I finally learned that it was safely stored under the floor mat for shipping. I had simply missed reading about the extra battery compartment! All through this stressful process, their customer support was absolutely amazing. They stayed patient and incredibly helpful. They even sent emails at 3 o’clock in the morning! These dedicated people really wanted to make sure I was completely happy. They did not give up until everything was working perfectly and my worries were gone. If you are thinking about buying a scooter, stop looking right now. Buy from this company. You get a good, reliable, high-quality product and world-class customer service that actually cares about you. I was so impressed that I even added the Amazon sales page paper in the back document compartment behind the seat — just in case someone asks about it, I can give them the exact link and company information without hesitation. The scooter is very light to handle however it has a lot of power and is comfortable to ride in and easy to put in a car. there is no assembly and it goes for a long distance. two charge the battery. It is small and easy to carry. I would recommend this Scooter to everyone.

Initially thought that the scooter came without a battery. After sending a quick message I found out that the battery is not in the compartment under the seat, it’s actually under the mat. It has to be removed from under the mat and placed in the rear spot where the empty battery compartment is. The scooter operates perfectly. It’s easy to handle and has a broad range of speed settings. The seat is comfortable and there is tons of storage. There is very little assembly involved as well. I used this for the first time today. My husband and I went on a 6 mile hilly walk and I loved that I was able to roll with him. My only critiques are that I’m 5’5 and the base is short- could be the large post surgical boot but I was a tad uncomfortable. This might be really uncomfortable for people with longer legs. A rear view mirror, cell phone holder and water bottle holder would be great but the basket is large enough to hold it all. I have mild arthritis in my hands and having to press on the handle with my thumb to move forward the entire time was a bit painful. On the plus side- I loved the freedom it gave me for the first time after years of foot surgeries. The seat is comfortable, power and battery life are good and it’s easy to replace batteries. It easily goes on pavement and grass and I appreciated how it automatically controlled speed downhill. I will use it happily for a long time to come! ... show more
