Received my scooter two days ago. I’m 84 years old and I was able to open the box , and easily got it all together. I called the the customer service to get help with battery info and they weee helpful and I charged the batteries for about 5 hours. I now ride around my neighborhood and stopped to o have lunch and needless to say I’m TRILLED with this scooter and recommend it highly- it opened up my world

Aside from mix up in quantity where they sent two scooters, it was handled immediately. The service was unreal. When I ordered this I was shocked to see it delivered in just 2 days It turns out ecomobi has a dealer here in NJ. I assembled the scooter with no trouble at all. It was easy to do. Its still in my home snfvhave only tested in my house. It has a lot of power. Come with two batteries. One is 15ah and the other is a 25ah. I don't know which is which.
