Expanding it took a little effort but once you break it in, it collapses and expands super easy. Turns out there’s a switch on the battery to get things going, so give the battery a firm push to remove it; switch it to the on position and you’re on your way! Really enjoyed my scooter. Easy to assemble was a plus. Design and quality were perfect for my use. Fits in small areas like aisles at store and casino’s too. For the price I paid it’s well worth it. Didn’t break the bank. It’s light enough for me to pick up and load in my truck. Can’t walk very well put so scooter takes care of that. Power and speed are perfect for what I need. Be aware scooter may come in two packages. Battery arrived early and carry case was broken in half. Contacted supplier and the following week they sent out a new battery and scooter also arrived. Scooter appears to be of good quality. A little heavier than anticipated but not unmanageable. Seems like battery life is great driven four miles and battery gauge hasn’t moved. Easy to assemble and goes thru grass pretty easily. Don’t think you’ll get 7 mph out of it more like 4-5 mph but happy so far. For the price it’s a good buy. Hope it lasts. ... show more

I loved using this scooter last week on my cruise trip. Easier to get around, to set up, easier to handle. Demonstrated to many people,e it’s easy to fold and unfold and how quick it was and how little space it takes up. The only thing I would like to have was a swivel seat and second battery.
