I am extremely pleased with the Water-Drop gravity fed system. It has really made a difference in my digestive health. The state health department found colonies of parasitic protozoa living in the pipes of the countrywide water system. The public was not told this, but the water plant began adding extreme levels of chlorine in the water. My bathroom smelled like Chlorox, when I took a shower. The chlorine really messed up my digestive system. Buying bottled water was not a long term solution, since the cheap plastic containers, most suppliers use, leak vinyl chloride into the water you drink. This system is ideal for me, because it also can be used off the grid.

I have had this filtration system since July of 2022. I have never had an issue with the system. I misplaced the wrench to change the fluoride filters. I spoke with a live customer service representative. What a nice surprise. I was immediately emailed a request for shipping information. A new wrench was mail to me at NO COST. I received the wrench 3 days later. Purchasing this system is a win-win. Clean good tasting water for better health and customer service that care about their customers. I rate this filtration system a 10 out of 10 and the customer service 100 out of 10.

I no longer have to look at green algae collecting in the bottom of Br*ta filter pitcher and ice maker. Also, it removes fluoride added to city water and bottled water (FDA admitted it does not reduce cavities, so was pointless since 1945).

I'm so happy with this purchase. Water tastes great, and I feel much more comfortable with the level of stuff filtered out versus the Brita pitcher I've used for years. Pretty easy to follow for assembly, just needed a little more clarity. LOVE IT!

As for this filter I can definitely tell a difference in the taste of the water! My house was built in 1939 and has mostly older galvanized and over time they can corrode get quite a bit of gunk built up inside. My water has always had somewhat of a “metallic” taste, but this filter gets rid of that! The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because I haven’t tested the water to confirm it removes what they claim. Also definitely go with the dispenser that has the water level indicator spigot. The red floating ball shows exactly how much is in the bottom tank so you don’t have to remove the top tag and check the level!

I have to say that I always thought my tap water was excellent, the town does a great job of flushing and testing, so I wasn't really expecting too much of a difference. I have read a lot about water filtration and figured I'd give it a try. I'm so happy I did, the water tastes amazing. The system is really easy to set up and use. The tank is a bit large (see photo), so you need to have enough counter space, but I like the look of it in my kitchen. I'd definitely recommend it as a low price option.
