Please insert the battery into that slot and ensure it is fully connected before use. Is the MS01F battery airline-friendly? Yes. The 12Ah battery is airline-friendly. The 24Ah version includes two removable 12Ah batteries, which can be taken out separately for travel. Please check with your airline before flying. I recently purchased the Ecomobi Foldable Mobility Scooter from this company, and I can honestly say, this is the company you want to buy from! Not just because the scooter itself is great (and it truly is), but because their customer service is truly outstanding and went above and beyond. The scooter is perfect for someone like me who travels a lot. It folds up easily and fits right into airplane cargo. It only weighs about 41 pounds, so it is light enough to handle with no problem. It even goes in all my cars, including my sport car. For the price, I thought this was an excellent choice. When it first arrived, I ran into a big problem. I thought the charger was bad. I was worried and frustrated. I sent a message to the company, and to my surprise, I received a reply within just a few hours from a wonderful woman named Katharina. She was exceptionally kind, understanding, and sympathetic with my issues. She worked patiently with me to figure everything out. We had a phone call and exchanged several emails for proper documentation. During this process, we discovered the charger was not bad at all! The scooter actually has two battery compartments. Where I though the batter was missing. One compartment for the live battery and another for storing a second battery if you plan to travel more than the 12 to 15 mile range. I thought the battery was completely missing until I finally learned that it was safely stored under the floor mat for shipping. I had simply missed reading about the extra battery compartment! All through this stressful process, their customer support was absolutely amazing. They stayed patient and incredibly helpful. They even sent emails at 3 o’clock in the morning! These dedicated people really wanted to make sure I was completely happy. They did not give up until everything was working perfectly and my worries were gone. If you are thinking about buying a scooter, stop looking right now. Buy from this company. You get a good, reliable, high-quality product and world-class customer service that actually cares about you. I was so impressed that I even added the Amazon sales page paper in the back document compartment behind the seat — just in case someone asks about it, I can give them the exact link and company information without hesitation. Very pleased with this scooter. I weigh 250lbs, 5'9" and it seems tailored to me. Quiet motor, Can acive a rather zippy speed (faster than a brisk walk, anyway). It comes nearly 100% assembled. There isvan LED ambiant light strip that you merely peel back paper and stick in place. It looks awesome with lights in,. It folds easily. It's low 40lbs total weight. Easy to fit in your trunk or SUV. I love it so far. It just feels safe, though I had some obscure questions about the scooter that were not addressed in the owners manual "pamphlet" (needs improving) but customer service called me back quickly and allayed my concerns. Scooter is approved for airline travel, too. What could be better than that? Thrilled with my purchase. Far superior than others in the price range. I bought the dual battery version. 24 mile capacity (Thougy I have not traveled anywhere near thst distance). I want to buy a cover, as I keep mine in the garage. ... show more

I really love my scooter. I need it for mobility w my legs. It is very small but I am small as well so its fine on size. So cute and pink! It moves at 1-6 mph and it moves. It is still a little heavy for me but my husband has no problem w it. I love it overall.

Compact and lightweight .. battery did not last 15 miles . Caution needed to be sure it didn’t tilt on slopes. I was not allowed to Travel with 2 batteries by air due to the Air line rules . ( this might vary ) Charger got hot during charging but I realized I needed to turn the battery off to prevent this during charging . For the most part I am glad I purchased this scooter, it was helpful since I can’t walk long distances Customer service has been excellent and company has been Easy to reach. I received my scooter today and it is fantastic. So easy to just pull out of the box and put the batteries in and just start writing. The directions were absolutely simple and folded up perfectly and it’s a little hard for me to lift because I’m 83 years old, but I was able to get it in my car. I just have to find a better way to grab onto it. It will be perfect and it turns so great I am taking it on a cruise in a couple months and I think it’ll be wonderful. The only one little downfall was the AirTag would not connect to my phone so I ordered one for an iPhone AirTag so no big deal. ... show more

This is a really nice scooter. It is easy to operate and rides very smoothly. It arrived fairly quickly, but a connection had come loose and it wouldn't go. An easy call to their customer service was very helpful in resolving the issue completely. It is light and compact, and fits easily into the trunk. I love everything about it. It has so many amenities. I love the way it folds up. I love the lightweight. It is a very comfortable ride. Removing the seat and the battery makes it even lighter brings it down to close to 30 pound. It is so convenient.
