Please insert the battery into that slot and ensure it is fully connected before use. Is the MS01F battery airline-friendly? Yes. The 12Ah battery is airline-friendly. The 24Ah version includes two removable 12Ah batteries, which can be taken out separately for travel. Please check with your airline before flying. What should I check before riding this portable motorized scooter? Before riding, make sure the battery is charged and connected. Compact and lightweight .. battery did not last 15 miles . Caution needed to be sure it didn’t tilt on slopes. I was not allowed to Travel with 2 batteries by air due to the Air line rules . ( this might vary ) Charger got hot during charging but I realized I needed to turn the battery off to prevent this during charging . For the most part I am glad I purchased this scooter, it was helpful since I can’t walk long distances Customer service has been excellent and company has been Easy to reach. I have no regrets about my purchase and experience with this company.

Excellent 3 wheel foldable scooter. I weigh 250 pounds. Went for a dinner cruise on the Ohio River. Rode the scooter all the way to the table. Very maneuverable. Folded it up and set it beside the table next to the outside wall of the boat. This worked very well. Then exiting the boat had a ramp up to the dock of about 10 degrees. The scooter had plenty of power and went up without any problem. Having 3 wheels makes it very maneuverable. However, it can tip. Not a problem for me - just need to be careful getting on/off, etc.

I'm happy with this M3 scooter purchase -lightweight, and simple mechanical design (just fold and unfold). I wish it could provide a "(latchable) plate" to cover the spare battery location if the spare battery is removed. Overall it meets my expectations!

A good buy

I used this for the first time today. My husband and I went on a 6 mile hilly walk and I loved that I was able to roll with him. My only critiques are that I’m 5’5 and the base is short- could be the large post surgical boot but I was a tad uncomfortable. This might be really uncomfortable for people with longer legs. A rear view mirror, cell phone holder and water bottle holder would be great but the basket is large enough to hold it all. I have mild arthritis in my hands and having to press on the handle with my thumb to move forward the entire time was a bit painful. On the plus side- I loved the freedom it gave me for the first time after years of foot surgeries. The seat is comfortable, power and battery life are good and it’s easy to replace batteries. It easily goes on pavement and grass and I appreciated how it automatically controlled speed downhill. I will use it happily for a long time to come!

My Mom loves this scooter and the customer service is top notch. Listen, I did not know the battery comes in the wrong compartment ok? So I’m putting it here for the world to see…if you can’t get it to start, switch the battery in the spare compartment to the real one. You’re welcome. 😅 It was my screw up and customer service sent us a gift for our trouble! The only negative is that this is pretty heavy to get in a car, I had to buy a ramp for it and even that was rough, but it’s worth it! I’ll be bedazzling it soon…

Wonderful little scooter! It has made my life so much easier. It handles beautifully, and the battery life is pretty amazing. It has more than enough storage capacity for anything you need to carry. I like the different speeds you can choose….from normal (slow) to WATCH OUT, get out of the way, and everything in between. It’s also not huge, so it fits easily through doorways. I love it! Just to add an additional comment to my review. Their customer service department is excellent!
