I have one of these on each side of my garage. Easy to install if you understand basic electrical wiring. If you don't the instructions and wiring diagram are confusing. There's one thing that's a bit annoying. My lights are also switch-operated. If the switch is off, and I turn it on, the lights will turn on as they detect motion. But, after 30 seconds they will go back off. If there's still motion they will go right back on. This only happens after the initial power up. After that, they will turn off after 15 minutes as I have them set. ... show more

I installed this in my garage because we constantly seem to forget to turn the light off in there. The installation was pretty straightforward. However, you need to be careful because the wiring is a little bit on the thinner side and can come undone. Once installed, you can set the sensitivity to whatever you need. So far so good. It’s worked pretty much every time we needed it to once we fine tuned the sensitivity.
