When I first turned on my phone and started the setup process, no matter what I did the keyboard would not appear for me to type in the WiFi password or anything else. Thankfully once I restarted the phone the keyboard appeared and worked. I had the phone only about two days when it said it needed a update, I selected to have my phone restart after the update at 2 am. In the morning when I woke up and went to check my phone it said it required my PIN after a restart, but it repeatedly said my PIN - that had been working previously - was wrong. I restarted the phone, and instead of booting back up it took me to the pictured screen, and was perpetually stuck in Fastboot mode, and the menu in fast boot mode would not work. I had to get my old phone, drive an hour away to the nearest store for my cell phone provider, and have the service switched back to my old phone. I received the phone in a timely manner. It was in good cosmetic condition. Very little markings on it at all. When I set the phone up and inserted my sim card, it indicated the sim card was not compatible. In checking, I found that the phone was locked to the AT&T network and not an UNLOCKED phone as was advertised in the listing. I was very disappointed. The seller, being a third party, is out of stock and my only option was to return the phone for a refund and have to make a new purchase at a higher price (when I purchased the phone last week several sellers were offering discounts that are not being offered this week). Lesson Learned to not trust Amazon Refurbished phones to be unlocked as indicated in the listing. As big as Amazon is, I think there should be a registry that they would require the sellers to enter the imei into for the phone they are selling to verify that it is unlocked when they list it as an unlocked phone. The information is available on the web and it would prevent a lot of fraudulent activity on Amazons site. ... show more
