  • Quality charger. Does the job.
I'm pretty impressed with this charger. Fair price. It does what it is supposed to do...it charged my 100Ah LiFePO4 (BattleBorn) battery in about 4 hours from about 11.1V to the appropriate 14.6V. The fan was running through the entire process. Not very loud. The wires were only slightly warm. The unit itself was warm/hot (it does have some minor ridges/fins on the case...presumably for dissipating heat). The two LED indicators work as advertised, so I knew when it was done charging and had went to standby (and the fan turned off). The connection to the battery was solid. I decided to leave them on the battery and just tuck it down inside my slightly oversized battery box. The wires are about 3 feet long so you have plenty of options for routing the grey connector if you want to make something more permanent and tidy. Solid unit. Perhaps it would be nice if there were some mounting options, but I don't think it's really designed for a permanent installation...it's portable. ... show more

  • Reliable and Efficient Charger for LiFePO4 Batteries
I've been using the ECO-WORTHY 12V 20A Lithium Battery Charger for several months now, and it has exceeded my expectations in both performance and reliability. Designed specifically for 12V LiFePO₄ batteries, this charger delivers a constant voltage of 14.6V and a maximum current of 20A, ensuring efficient and rapid charging. In fact, it can charge a 12V 100Ah LiFePO₄ battery to 50% in just 2.5 hours, which is twice as fast as standard 10A chargers. One of the standout features is its smart 3-stage charging process, which includes a 0V charging mode to reactivate depleted batteries. This function is particularly useful for prolonging battery lifespan and maintaining optimal performance. Safety is a top priority with this charger. It comes equipped with multiple protection mechanisms, including safeguards against overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuits, and overheating. Additionally, the charger automatically stops charging once the battery is fully charged, preventing overcharging and potential damage. The built-in cooling fan and indicator lights are thoughtful additions. The fan ensures the charger remains at an optimal temperature during operation, while the indicator lights provide clear information on the charging status, making it user-friendly and convenient. Overall, the ECO-WORTHY 12V 20A Lithium Battery Charger is a dependable and efficient solution for charging LiFePO₄ batteries. • Charges quickly as advertised
This charger does the job as advertised and will charge a completely drained LiFePo 100AH battery in about 5 hours. Unit runs fairly cool under full load. I bench tested the unit and it meets published specs. The fan is a little noisy but not terribly loud. The one downside if you're a HF radio enthusiast is the RFI below 10 MHz is extreme when charging making the lower HF band unusable. There's no HF noise during float charging. See attached video under full load charging. ... show more

  • Started Out Great But Then Stopped Charging - Edited: User Error
When I first got this charger it worked great. I charged two 100ah batteries from 30% to 100% with no issues. After draining one of the batteries to 20% I connected the charger to it. Now I only get the red light showing it's connected to the battery, but no green light. It seems as if the switch isn't working. I switch it on and off with no results. Not sure what I'm going to do on this. I'll update when I know more. Edit - I feel stupid. The outlet I was using to power the charger had stopped working. One side of my 120 receptacle died. Replaced the receptacle and plugged in the charger and now it is again working perfectly. ... show more
