The batteries are excellent, exactly as described and the seller provided ‘above and beyond’ support. Extremely happy with this purchase. Highly recommend!!! Update - we purchased four of these at the same time and connected them in parallel. After using these on their first 6-day camping trip and powering lights, appliances, water pump, etc., in our rv, they were excellent and exceeded our expectations. They seamlessly ran everything without any diminished performance. They were easy to charge with the Eco Worthy charger which is connected to the batteries and our generator. Do not trust the BT app or display - use an external voltmeter. I would say the only time the display is accurate - less than 50% off is for a one time higher load application like a electric boat motor, and then you immediately re-charge same day and use it again next week. If you store battery or use it for a radio or computer charging - as in less than 10W or 1 amp load the display will be off, not just a little but 50%+. This display - using cheap coulomb counting method is the bug, not just here but most smart batteries. This BT and display will not detect a load smaller than 1 amp like self discharge from its own internal BMS. The display will show 90% with only 10% SOC. You need to measure resting voltage to determine SOC. The battery seems to work fine - just the display (stupid smart part) tricking you to think you have a near full charge! It is important to sleep this battery for storage - and learn the trick to wake it. You will need to measure resting voltage or use a high end ext shunt/coulomb meter (Whr or Ahr meter). Resting voltage to predict SOC in LFP is still maybe +/- 10% due to extreme flat soc curve that only changes by millivolts during charge/discharge. Typical number for LFP with BMS and BT 1% SOC loss per day of storage - 2 to 3 months - like leadacid! Near zero SOC loss in sleep mode - learn how to wake before trying this! Just maintain by charging monthly for simple operations.

Seems like good quality for the price. You will need a GROUP 27 battery box to fit this in your RV/boat. It is too long for a standard Group 24 battery box. The width of the Group 27 & 24 battery box is the same so it will still fit in your RV battery rack.

I purchased two of these batteries, and neither has worked properly since day one. I followed the charging instructions exactly, and while charging, the app shows the batteries as fully charged. However, as soon as they are disconnected from the charger, they will not power on and appear completely dead. I’ve been in contact with customer support for several days, but the experience has been frustrating. I’ve been asked the same troubleshooting questions multiple times and am now being asked to use testing equipment that I do not own. At this point, I expected a replacement or return process for what appears to be defective batteries. Very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer support.
