The size is bigger than I expected. It doesn't hold as good as I anticipated but good enough to continue using. I like the consistency and the color. Plus, it doesn't dry hard and crunchy.

I was told that this product was good for 4c hair well not on this head. I applied this product on dry, moisturized hair to do a ponytail. Well my hair made it into a ponytail without much effort, tied it down. The next day my hair was frizzy, dull and dry looking. I’m going to attempt applying this product on wet hair but I’m believing I’ll have the same outcome. Think I’ll stick to using pro styl gel. Update 9/1/22 So last night I tried wetting my hair and added oil to it. Applied the gel and tied my hair down. It did hold a bit better but it still looks dry and dull. Don’t think I’ll be using this product anymore. I saw a review where one lady with the same hair type as mine stated that continued use may damage her hair. I completely agree ... show more

It’s okay but made my 4b/4c hair super dry and almost felt damaged after the gel dried. I like the other eco style gels this one I feel would damage my hair completely with continued use.

The hold on this isn't super strong but it works. It doesn't leave any dry traces behind, blends in well with the hair and the color doesn't affect anything. Unlike most gels that leave your hands sticky and super slippery during use, this one doe not.
