  • Great delivery and just what I wanted
Style: Stride
I did a lot of researching of treadmills before choosing this one. I did not want one of the screens with fancy programs but did want a sturdy treadmill. I love the screen on this as it has just the info I need. The tablet holder works great for my laptop and if you want to use their app for workouts I'm sure it would be great with a tablet. The phone and cup holder work well. Another reason I chose this one was so I could fold it up if needed, it is easy to do and I like how narrow it is when folded. It is pretty quiet except for the loud beep when you turn it on. The treadmill seems sturdy and is easy to get going on. There are preset programs, but I am just doing things manually. Very easy to change speed and the incline with the buttons on the handle. The delivery and set up was a breeze. They very nice delivery folks brought it into our room - with getting the inside delivery. Essentially no set up, just had to get it out of the box. Very glad I chose this one, was exactly what I wanted and I've used it every day since I got it. ... show more

  • Easy to setup, very smooth and sturdy
Style: Stride
The box was delivered on time and placed in my house where I needed it. I opened the box and looked for the customery bag with screws, washers and instructions. Didn't find one. I did find a plastic bag with instructions, red safety device and an allen key. How do I assemble it? It is totally un-American and definitely not male to read the instructions. But I did. There is nothing to assemble. Stand the unit up, take off the plastic. Set the unit down and raise both arms until they lock. Raise the arm rest until they click. Raise the tablet holder and you are done. I took one star off for maneuverability because it is heavy and the wheels don't like carpet. My first walk was great. Very smooth, speed was responsive as was the incline. Much quieter than I thought it would be. Durability remains to be seen, but the construction leads me to believe it will be good. Since it is microprocessor controlled a surge protector is a good idea I'm 71 years old and was able to set it up, so it must be easy One month later and everything is great. It gets used 3 times a day. Very smooth acceleration and deceleration, still very quiet. Really enjoying using the treadmill About 2 weeks ago I started to hear a noise from the front of the machine that sounded like dry bearings. I took the front cover off and carefully removed the bearing shield. The bearing did not have much grease. I used an old syringe to inject synthetic grease into the bearing. If you try this do not use much grease. I replaced the bearing seal, it snaps back in place. I did the other side the same way. I made sure to wipe away any excess grease and double check that the bearing seals were in place. Ran the machine to max speed for 1 minute to distribute the grease. Put the cover back on. Now it runs smoothly with no bearing noise. ... show more

  • Low Quality and No Customer Support/Service
Style: Stride
This is a cheaply manufactured treadmill which may suffice for casual walking and last a year or two at best. I purchased this in January of 2022 and have had to replace the controls 3 times. It is now completely inoperable and I can't even move it because the folding mechanism is broken. See attached photos. This company literally built it such that circular parts go through smaller squared off holes. On dozens of occasions the treadmill failed to slow down when prompted, forcing me to pull the emergency lever to trigger a dead stop. If you're a runner, you know how bad such a thing is for your legs. The machine would also randomly increase incline unprompted and it's just generally unsafe unless you're anticipating a malfunction. You're completely on your own if the treadmill needs to be repaired, and they'll charge you for parts if it's past one year from purchase. I can't even fold it so that I can move it out of my home. The attached photo shows you how helpful their service team is when you request a simple and fair response. In order to cancel an annual subscription, you must call them to do so but they don't answer the phone. I spent hours on hold over a 3-day period frantically trying to cancel before being charged hundreds of dollars later that week. Luckily I found a hack on Reddit instructing me to literally DM them on Facebook. Yes, I had to send a Facebook message to cancel a $300+ auto-renewal because they purposefully don't pick up their phones. This company acts in bad faith, their product is of low quality, and their ethos is to sell and ignore. Do not buy this treadmill. Spend the same amount for a more established real company or spend a little more for a good product. ... show more

  • Go for it :)

I was driving myself crazy researching treadmills. Looking into speed, motors etc. I actually tend to over research lol - but then again for a big purchase you probably should. I didn't want a massive piece of equipment because I live in an apartment and I'll probably be moving again within a few months. Anyway, I am not disappointed with this treadmill. I honestly love it. It does what it needs too. However, it does waddle a little when the incline is on, but I don't feel unsafe. I don't feel like it will break on me and I'm def overweight. Currently 5ft at 190lbs. The app is whack and I don't really use the digital screen too much since I rely on my Apple watch. But I love the treadmill. I love that I can fold it away! I love how it looks and I love that I get a great workout. It's not bad quality, It's pretty good material. It's still fast and the Incline is good enough. I've been using the I-fit app with my TV up close and I'm digging it. I would like to at some point do a video review because there isn't enough out there. This was definitely risky for me b/c I like to see videos and there isn't too many reviews but your girl is happy with this purchase and I think you would be too. I was actually going to bite the bullet and get the Peloton (no kids lol) but then the recall happened and I was impatient so then this happened :) ... show more
