These are the perfect shelves so hold all of the snacks that just wouldn’t fit on the top of the fridge anymore. I guess we just have too much cereal and there wasn’t any room for all of the snacks me and my kid have. The depth is wonderful!! I wouldn’t put anything very heavy on these, though. We used them for collectibles in my son’s room, and they work perfectly. I’ve even bumped into them pretty hard( ouch) a few times, and no issues. They look great!

    • Good shelves, but not worth the price

Wood is very light, easy to screw into. Brackets are decent, but would be better to have two holes for attaching to wall for added strength. The issue I have is not specifically the shelves, but the price. For what this is, and the very cheap wood, I believe it is a bit overpriced. I've purchased a number of different shelves from Amazon, and picked these for my home office. Wasn't really expecting them to feel that cheap. I did secure with different wall anchors to give it a boost to overall strength. They are useful. If you want to spend that, I'd research other shelves first. That's something I normally do, but apparently didn't do enough. ... show more

For me, these shelves were a total disaster. 1. The screws that attach the frame to the board are too small, and the heads stripped before I could get the completely in. I had to hammer them the rest of the way, and then a couple of the heads broke off, making it impossible to mount securely on the frame. I was going to gorilla glue them, but used tape temporarily to mount them on the wall, 2. When I tried to mount them to the wall, I pre drilled using a drill about half the size of the mounting sleeve, but the sleeves broke off when I tried to tap them into the wall. I had a larger set of wall mounts, but the screws were too large to fit through the holes of the frames. I tried to install them through the holes, but one of them rotated, and left a gaping hole in my wall. 3. What a fricken ripoff. Pieces of crap for screws and wall mounts. Maybe others can do better, but it was a disaster for me.... ... show more
