These phones are pretty - but disappointing in a few ways. The phone docks are made with the ever loving plastic and feel cheap. We are replacing phones older than the hills but geeze, every " command" takes 3 or more steps where id rather just have a button on the side for adjusting the ring volume etc. No buttons on the side. Im in the middle of doing research on getting a computer so i dont have time for this. We are using it as is for now An extensively loud ring and nothing else activated. It's a phone and serves its purpose. Talking called ID could be louder but I don't hear the best. Volume for ear piece is adequate and so is the answering machine. Value for your dollar was just fine for all of the features that these phones provide.

I bought this after returning an Amazon refurbished model in different color which phones failed after 2 weeks. This was new and reasonable due to the color option. Worked well with my older version of telephones whose answering machine failed.

Very convenient to have just one handset to handle both landline and cellular phone. The Bluetooth paired easily with my phone, and instructions for features - and there are a LOT of features! - weren't too complicated. Very good value. I noticed one other reviewer stated that it woudn't pass-through touch tones when interacting with automated systems (i.e., "please press 1 for English", etc) and I ALMOST didn't buy it for that reason, but I had no such problems. I love it. Keeps me from losing my mobile phone in 1800 square ft home because I put it in one place charging and use these handsets as I talk and roam around. Just today I ran back in the house with my car and handbag with mobile inside in the garage Yet, I was able to answer 2 very important calls in the kitchen which I would have missed if I didn't have this ability to automatically link up the phones.
