Very convenient to have just one handset to handle both landline and cellular phone. The Bluetooth paired easily with my phone, and instructions for features - and there are a LOT of features! - weren't too complicated. Very good value. I noticed one other reviewer stated that it woudn't pass-through touch tones when interacting with automated systems (i.e., "please press 1 for English", etc) and I ALMOST didn't buy it for that reason, but I had no such problems. I bought this after returning an Amazon refurbished model in different color which phones failed after 2 weeks. This was new and reasonable due to the color option. Worked well with my older version of telephones whose answering machine failed.

    • Defective item and bad customer service
The phones were defective, a scratching noise in the background. Upon requesting a return, customer service let me know that that if the item is not defective, there will be a re-stocking fee of 20% and the original shipping cost (it was free shipping, by the way!) would be deducted. I accepted even if I considered it abusive, because the items were defective and I shipped them at my expenses. Today I receive an email that they received the items and they deducted the original shipping cost and 20% re-stocking fee!! That is not right! I am expecting a refund for at least the 20%.....! ... show more
