The left front end cap blew off at about 10 miles. It snapped on easily and felt secure when trying to move or lift it. However. I noticed that the leading edge, as it tapers down to roof had a noticeable gap. Probably wind got under it and lifted it off. Poor manufacturing tolerance, who knows ?. In any event I,be called twice,( you leave a message). No return call. Then I got an e-mail telling me to send a photo of the defective part. I’d love to, but the defective part is somewhere on the freeway. Obviously the don’t seemed too interested in customer service. Thanks for nothing. ... show more

    • Poor Quality - Don't stay on the vehicle.
Installed the product on my roof rack, doesn't fit into place well. After 1 month it flew off the vehicle while driving. Don't waist your money.
