Overall, I’m quite happy with my purchase. Things start off a little bit rocky, as I had a nonfunctional bike sent to me that was giving error messages and would not turn on and function properly. Customer service was extremely prompt and helpful and set out a replacement that has been functioning very well. Pros: -Sturdy and durable -Fast!! -Love, the included attachments, such as the built-in headlight, tail, light, basket, and phone holder. -Great price overall for the quality of the product. -Seems to work really well off-road, which you can’t say about many E bikes. -Good customer service! -Fairly quick and easy assembly. Cons: -HEAVY (although that’s expected and clearly stated in the description) -Bike kind of makes a weird squeaking noise when you hit bumps and I’m not sure if that’s the suspension or something else but it does not seem to impact the quality of the ride. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and I would recommend for anyone looking for a fast, long-distance bike that can be used on or off-road!

(Eb7pro)The bike is great. I am 250 pounds and an aggressive style Ryder. The bike is holding up well. I get around 20 miles distance full electric throttle. I top out around 38 mph. I had one problem that the customer service helped me out right away and sent the replacement parts with no fee. I've had this for 5 months with 800 miles on it. Great bike and a great company

Very easy to put together, I ordered the extended handle bar riser, and a different seat,, personal preference. I cannot tell you what a joy it is to ride a bike again, i’m 57 years old, i’m not out to win any races, This is my first bike purchase in 25 years, let me tell you this was a great purchase, i’m a 6,4” 300 ib gorilla, I was Skeptical at first but I did my research and for the price this bike comes loaded, full front rear suspension, color display, thumb throttle , 52 volt 23Ah battery AWD 2000, watt 3000 watt peak, hydraulic brakes and let me tell you they stop you quick, i do about 30miles at about 27mph, and still have about 1/3 battery life left, I’ll get better as time goes with more exercise. and less weight on the bike lol. if I’d pedal more I have hag it up to 34mph a couple times,, i’ve lost 7 pounds it’s an excelent purchase I can’t wait to see where I’m at next year wirh my health, i’m trying to get off medication. Would purchase again.

I am in love with my bike. I have rode many different ones and this is the best one yet. I needed a fender brace that was bent through transport and customer service sent me a replacement part. I am still using the bent one but had a friend bend it correctly since he knows his bikes. I am surprised with the price being low for a strong and sturdy powerful bike. I am 150 pounds and it hauls butt quickly. I am so happy.

Amazon said ship bike back but the bike is fine. I need help to receive to inexpensive parts that probably cost $10 at the most. I need the seller to contact me. Well designed and well Constructed. Great welds on the Aluminum frame. I had an initial problem in that the front wheel motor didn't work. The helpful team at Ebycco walked me through some diagnostic tests to focus in on the problem. They sent a new front wheel motor, which I installed. (any one who is at all mechanically inclined or "handy" could do this with no instruction) I'm sure the ebycco team would have guided me through the replacement if needed. Now, there is a noticeable surge in power when the front wheel red button is pushed in. I was able to achieve the advertised 40 MPH on level ground. as a comparison, I have 2 other e bikes, a RAD Rover, and a converted Fat tire bike. I have steep driveway 250' long with a 30' climb ( 12% grade). my test from a dead stop with E only, the RAD rover (750 W) got up to 8 MPH, my converted fat tire (1000W) got up to 12 MPH, the E Bycco rear wheel only (1620W available), 17 MPH, eBycco with both wheels (3200W available) 23 MPH. I say Watts "available" based on the battery current and Voltage product (I x V) that the controller allows. Yes I am an electrical engineer and a Fellow of the IEEE. The EBycco has 5000W peak of combined motor capability , but the controller will limit the input to the motors to 1624W rear and 1508W front. Though I didn't test it, the battery with a 30AH rated capacity would be depleted in less than 1/2 hour at full throttle with both motors. In 7 minutes at mostly full throttle with both motors the battery indicator was down to 80%. at more moderate throttle levels the battery would last a lot longer. The ebycco is fun to ride, almost like a motorcycle. I find the "pedal assist" on all E bikes a bit disconcerting in that there is a lag especially when stopping that it can feel like the bike is "lurching" forward for 1/2 second after you stop peddling. For me a 75 year old man, in top gear my pedal cadence tops out at 26 MPH. and larger E bikes are all in the 80 lb. range so even in 1st it is a work out to get the bike moving without the motors. The instructions don't mention this but the top speed is limited by the pedal assist number even if just using the throttle and no pedaling. so for max mum speed one needs to put the controller in pedal assist 5, pedal assist 1 will limit you to about 7 MPH maximum. Pedal assist 2 will get out to 15 MPH, 3 to 23, etc. It would be "nice to be told that in the instructions. As a part time bicycle mechanic I found assembly quite easy. the instructions are adequate and I expect the videos would be helpful to a "novice" Now I would give the E Bycco 5 stars. I dropped to 4 because of the initial trouble with the defective front wheel motor, and that the instructions didn't explain about the maximum speed limit with pedal assist number. That one was a real frustration initially. Knowing what the "rules" are, and having fixed an initial defective front motor, the Ebycco is an excellent E bike.
