Really happy with this sauna. It was easier to set up than I expected, and it starts heating up pretty quickly after turning it on. I usually let it preheat for a short time, and it gets warm enough for a comfortable home sauna session. The Bluetooth and red light feature are also nice extras. Great value overall.

I’m really happy with this sauna. It heats up nicely and creates a very comfortable relaxing space after a long day. I’ve been happy with this sauna overall, especially for the price. Assembly took about 1to 1.5 hours, and the instructions were easy enough to follow. Once put together, it felt sturdy and I looked better than I expected for a home unit in this price range. It usually takes around 35-45 minutes to reach a comfortable temperature, and I’ve found the 120F to 130F range works well for regular sessions. Once it heats up, it holds the temperature nicely. The controls are simple, and the red light is a nice extra feature without making it feel overly complicated. For the money, I think this is a solid option if you want a practical infrared sauna for home use without spending a lot more on a high-end model.
