7/20 UPDATE: The replacement cushion and coffee table leg piece came today. I have been using the set with the damaged parts and love it. Now it will be complete. I do plan to get some heavy duty Velcro strips to hold down the cushions when the winds come. But overall very pleased and glad to now fully recommend this set. 6/30 UPDATE: This morning I called very early and got a human. He said they would sent new replacement parts and a confirmation email. I am still waiting for that. The process was simple, but will see how long it takes. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Arrived today with one of the back cushions having a long rip along the seam and one of the end/leg pieces severally bent. I called the company and left a detailed message about my damage. The auto-answerer claimed they would get back to me in 24 hours. If they resolve these issues, I will upgrade my score. The set, other than the damaged parts, is as advertised. Very sturdy and comfortable so far. I have only put together the 2 chairs so far. I will update in a later review once my damage claim has been addressed and I have put the rest of the set together. The glass on the coffee table is intact, but it does shift around loose a bit when tilted. Should not be an issue when it is sitting flat. Hard to tell, but the glass seems thin, so not sure how long term it will hold up. There is a dark surface under the glass, making it not transparent. But all in all everything appears to be sturdy, comfortable and attractive. I will hold off on a recommendation until my claim is settled. Whoever packed this should have seen the damage! It was not caused by shipping. Both items were fully wrapped in plastic and placed well inside the shipping box.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been looking for patio furniture for a long time, and this appears to be a perfect fit for us. Because our garden is not big enough, we can’t have too much furniture. The design of this is super elegant, the color choice is really morden. Even though it looks really complicated to set up, the instructions are very clear. It only took us 20min to set the whole thing up. The tools are easy to use, they even put letter labels on each of the individuals so that we won’t mess up which one is which. After we have this conversation set in our backyard, our family can relax after dinner. My friend and I can have cuppa on it. It really lets me enjoy my backyard much more than I used to. The after-sales service is very very good too. Because this is furniture and I usually don’t buy furniture online, I have asked the custom service a lot of questions but they have always answered me with patience and professionalism. They also offer up to a 3 year warranty.

The media could not be loaded. There’s nothing to not love about this set! It was super simple to put together alone, is sturdy and seems high quality!! It’s very comfortable for both me (5’2” petite woman) and my 6’4” (size XL) boyfriend. I was a little worried the cushions would slide like other reviews said, but so far haven’t had an issue! The cushions are THICK and bounce back like memory foam but are fluffy. The only thing that could make them more comfortable is a softer cushion fabric, but then it wouldn’t be water resistant so no complaints there! This set is also tall enough that you don’t feel like you’re sitting in children furniture like many less expensive sets like this. My only wish is that the chairs were also offered separately as a set of 2 so I could expand my set!

My partner and I were looking for a furniture set for a modern looking 3 season room. We didn’t want indoor furniture but we also didn’t want traditional outdoor looking furniture (ie wicker) but rather some thing modern and minimalistic. So we settled on this set after reading the reviews. Initially the set came with a broken piece but the company quickly sent a replacement broken part to me, so that was a positive. The set was easy to construct with two people as well. We loved the look of the couch as soon as we set it up, but we weren’t as enthused when we sat on the cushions. They weren’t lumpy per say but they weren’t what i’d call comfortable either. Also the cushions don’t have any velcro or ties to affix them to the frame, so they slip and slide around when you sit on them. Rather annoying but I suppose you could put velcro or sew ties on the cushions. Overall, I do like the set; however the prices point isn’t quite on par for me. Although I can’t personally attest to the length the set will stay sturdy as it bears the burden of time, however, I do think it will hold up for a good amount of time.
