Finally have a solid set! Updating this to say the product is a great value for the price. My first twp sets arrived bent, mostly due to shipping mishandling. The boxes arrived in poor or shredded condition. Customer service for the product was good and I eventually got a set that arrived in perfect condition. I chose this set because its low profile and sits just below my windows. So while sitting indoors, the outside view isn't blocked/compromised by the set. Pillows are quite firm, so I feel they will stand up over time. Great outdoor fabric, but I store the cushions inside because little can withstand full Florida sun and rain. Only dropping one star because despite attempts to package this to make it here in one piece, some improvements can be made to fill the empty space where the box is consistently crushed. ... show more

I spent months searching out the perfect outdoor set. I didn't want the typical wicker style but also didn't want to spend a fortune for something more modern. I finally decided on this set with little reviews it has and so glad I did. Arrived packaged very well. Super easy to put together. Seat cushions are firm and thick. Back cushions are softer and not as supportive but not terrible. Material is a bit scratchy but it repels water nicely and drives quickly. Easy to clean. Reason for 1 star off is because one of the back cushions came vacuum sealed vs none of the others. It never filled up to full fullness as the others. Being that the cushions are not that supportive to begin with, the additional flatness of it makes for uncomfortable support. I reached out to the companies customer service and although they provided a quick response I am still waiting for a resolution. ... show more

Absolutely beautiful set! I love it. At first I thought it might be too low to the ground, but the cushions give it a lot of depth. Quick assembly that I was able to do by myself. It all came packaged nicely with plastic around everything.. but when I took the plastic off I noticed some snags. I don’t want to mess with them and make them worse, so I’m not really sure how to fix them. I’d give 5 stars if it wasn’t damaged. ... show more
