I spent months searching out the perfect outdoor set. I didn't want the typical wicker style but also didn't want to spend a fortune for something more modern. I finally decided on this set with little reviews it has and so glad I did. Arrived packaged very well. Super easy to put together. Seat cushions are firm and thick. Back cushions are softer and not as supportive but not terrible. Material is a bit scratchy but it repels water nicely and drives quickly. Easy to clean. Reason for 1 star off is because one of the back cushions came vacuum sealed vs none of the others. It never filled up to full fullness as the others. Being that the cushions are not that supportive to begin with, the additional flatness of it makes for uncomfortable support. I reached out to the companies customer service and although they provided a quick response I am still waiting for a resolution. ... show more

Absolutely beautiful set! I love it. At first I thought it might be too low to the ground, but the cushions give it a lot of depth. Quick assembly that I was able to do by myself. It all came packaged nicely with plastic around everything.. but when I took the plastic off I noticed some snags. I don’t want to mess with them and make them worse, so I’m not really sure how to fix them. I’d give 5 stars if it wasn’t damaged. ... show more
