I ordered this to modify my beach cruiser into an electric bike. I use it to ride my bike to the gym, and funny enough there are two uphill portions going there and riding back. After a good workout my legs are toast so I either need to hop off and walk it uphill, or not lift as hard and lose out on the workout (it has no gears so it's a slog). Unfortunately the battery did not fit my bike railing, it's not a regular shaped straight setup so I had to return it. The customer service was friendly and I just received a full refund. When I did receive the product it was in great shape, had all the parts and until I found out it wouldn't fit my purpose it looked like a very simple install process.

Been working great for 2 years and still holds the same charge as when purchased. The first one they delivered had issues and would not function unless it was plugged into the outlet. I was able to get it replaced without any issues.

In my opinion, this is the best ebike battery value on Amazon (as of 8/2020). I looked at a bunch of others that didn't have as many amp hours for the price, or had bad reviews for failed cells and short life. This battery delivers great power to my 1200W ebikeling kit on a 700C bike, and I was able to go about 20 miles in stop and go situations without pedaling at all and still had 30% battery left.

Sometimes battery will be 100% charged but won’t turn on the bike display. Just plug it into charger and turn on display and it works from then on. If it sets for a while (a week or 2). Same thing happens, same fix works, until it doesn’t

I bought this battery to power a 500W 36V front hub conversion kit. Delivery was delayed due to an accident involving a fire in the shipping container, but the Joyisi customer service representative communicated frequently with me about the delay and gave me several options for getting a replacement and compensating me for the delay. The battery itself works well. I had to install it "upside down" on the seat tube because of the specifics of the water bottle cage screw holes. It works and looks fine in this configuration.

I have now purchased two 48 Volt, 10 AH, Joyisi ebike batteries. They have been very reliable. I ride my ebike to wrork (20 miles each way) twice a week and after approximately 25 rides the battery capacity has been consistent. I cannot tell any degradation of battery performance at all. I bought the second one for my daughter's ebike. I like this product.

Using this on a 48 volt front hub motor. Works great. Commuted 24 miles with 2400ft of climbing and battery made it. It was also charging my phone and powering the headlight for the whole ride. I’m 250lb and the bike is well over 50lb with all of the extra gear. I don’t use peddle assist mode, just a throttle on the climbs. I’ll post a follow up after a few more commutes.

I Love The Battery power but it doesn't hold a charge long enough! I'm Getting about 2hours before the first indicator light goes out! I'm scared to ride too long on the second light! Other than that, I Love it!
