7/20 UPDATE: The replacement cushion and coffee table leg piece came today. I have been using the set with the damaged parts and love it. Now it will be complete. I do plan to get some heavy duty Velcro strips to hold down the cushions when the winds come. But overall very pleased and glad to now fully recommend this set. 6/30 UPDATE: This morning I called very early and got a human. He said they would sent new replacement parts and a confirmation email. I am still waiting for that. The process was simple, but will see how long it takes. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Arrived today with one of the back cushions having a long rip along the seam and one of the end/leg pieces severally bent. I called the company and left a detailed message about my damage. The auto-answerer claimed they would get back to me in 24 hours. If they resolve these issues, I will upgrade my score. The set, other than the damaged parts, is as advertised. Very sturdy and comfortable so far. I have only put together the 2 chairs so far. I will update in a later review once my damage claim has been addressed and I have put the rest of the set together. The glass on the coffee table is intact, but it does shift around loose a bit when tilted. Should not be an issue when it is sitting flat. Hard to tell, but the glass seems thin, so not sure how long term it will hold up. There is a dark surface under the glass, making it not transparent. But all in all everything appears to be sturdy, comfortable and attractive. I will hold off on a recommendation until my claim is settled. Whoever packed this should have seen the damage! It was not caused by shipping. Both items were fully wrapped in plastic and placed well inside the shipping box. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. First the colors of the fabric is really pretty perfect for summer. The order took a bit to arrive but everything was packaged very well. The setup was a breeze and I was able to complete it myself in 10 mins. AND the cushions are great so the seats are so comfortable. I like the design of the coffee table and overall aesthetic. It remains to be seen how well this will hold up outside. But so far after a couple storms and extreme heat, everything looks good still. Bought this patio set - super sturdy and the cushions? Comfy for hours. Setup was a breeze, even solo. It's survived a couple of rains, and cleaning's easy. We bought this set in July 2022. It was affordable and worked for a while but it hasn’t even been 2 years and some details have warped and broken. I then realized it has a 3 year warranty and the company quickly sent me a replacement arm for my chair so I was able to fix it quickly and easily.

While there were a fair amount of pieces, it assembled very quickly. Everything is very sturdy and heavy which makes it seem more elevated. We love the look of the set on our patio. It DUMPED early the other day and I was still able to sit on it that evening and it was already dried out (note, we do live in a drier climate but this still seemed IMPRESSIVE). After an initial snafu with shipping, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect once this furniture arrived. That said, I’m now thrilled with it, and it’s been the perfect addition to our porch. The packaging was solid and the pieces inside were well protected. Putting everything together was a breeze, and it seems like it’s going to last a while! The product itself is great. The issue I had was that when the item was delivered. I put it together and realized it was missing the two legs of the table. I requested the table legs so I did not have to repackage the entire furniture set and send it back and wait for another. I was asked for proof of not having the legs..... just took a photo of the empty box and table top. They were overall very kind though and sent the legs to me. When I opened the box, there was only one leg. I again had to put in another request for a leg. They sent it and all is fine, just seemed to be on going issues. On to the good things. The fabric is great! Durable and super easy to clean. Not water proof so I stick the back pillows under the seat cushion when I'm not using and it keeps the rain from soaking in. The assembly is easy and straightforward. East Oak did pay attention to the details because they include screw cap covers to prevent rust from years of rains and snows.
