It's a bit difficult to get used to but anything is when it's new and unfamiliar to you. I am learning how to adjust it to different environment settings but so far so good. Good clarity of sound. Just hope it will last for awhile.

Not enough volume for my right ear which has more severe hearing loss than my left ear. I think they would work good for someone with mild to moderat hearing loss. Work great in my left ear but you have to buy two.

I just, today, received the EarCentric2 hearing aids and it's somewhat difficult to give a full unbiased review. First look and trial have been very positive regarding the quality of the product, the initial review of the User Guide and support by the supplier.

Volume control is easier enough to adjust when once you get used to it. They don't see a difference when I change the settings but at least I could hear better now.

Like the cost. Paid 6 times as much for hearing aids from a professional establishment in the past and they quit working after 3 years. Also had to go into a store and have them adjusted several times and the last few times they charged me. I can adjust Ear Centric hearing aids myself for different sound quality. Also no batteries. Good sound quality and I like the fact that I can call a Service Tech if I need help with anything. So far so good. ... show more

Have used this product for 5 days and found it exceptional. Have had more expensive aides that do not compare in use, comfort nor satisfaction.... and no, I have no relationship with the owner. .
