I want to start off by saying this ebike is amazing! Recently bought the Juliet mainly because of the massive range it claims to have and it did not fail to impress me. By the way, it came packaged very safely which made me glad because I was worried it would come all banged up but it arrived in perfect condition. Anyway, first time I used it in the city I went about 50 miles with some light pedaling and it had only dropped one bar on the battery life display. Insane! I never even had to use it higher than pedal assist 3 because it goes fast enough at that level. The seat is a comfy wide seat, nice smooth ride. The lights are nice and bright, you definitely dont have to worry about visibility if you ride at night. The bike is honestly damn near perfect. I must address however that this bike is on the heavy side of around 120 lbs with the battery. Riding the bike the weight is no issue at all its a very smooth ride. However, if you need to lift the bike you will need some kind of muscle which personally is a good thing for me because I know nobody will be able to just run off with it when im doing a food delivery. Regardless I bought locks for the bike anyway just in case. Unfortunately because of my inattention to detail, I accidentally forgot to remove my disc brake lock before i got back on to ride the bike. The motor is so strong and the strong metal disc brake was on the front tire, it only took seconds of me using the throttle for the lock to get jammed between the front fork of the bike and completely bend it. Again, I know it was completely my fault and I was devastated as it was only my second time using the bike in the city. Fortunately, after contacting customer support they hooked me up right away with a deal for all the new parts I needed. Shoutout to Milo for all the help he provided me with and making everything easy. I love when a company actually cares about their customers and this one for sure does. I would recommend this bike to anybody whos in the market!

Well the bike is awkward to pull out of the box. It is quite simple to assemble. Mine came with a very good charger. It rides smoothly and handles very well. I make it up pretty steep hills very well with very little changes to the speed. I make it to work in 20 minutes I live 61/2 miles from work. Max speed iv got it to is 32mph average speed is 29 mph. I was very sceptical about the bike at first but it has proven very valuable iv owned it for a lil over a week and only charged it one time which was last night. I would get this one if you're looking for an amazing long range ebike.

Great bike. Incredible range. The 48V 60Ah battery is the highlight. Other great points are that it's full suspension and it has 20" diameter 4" wide fat tires. I also have an ebike that has 26" diameter 4" wide tires. I like these smaller 20" wheels way better. It is easier for the motor to turn that smaller diameter wheel which gives it additional distance, but it is also easier to pedal a 20" tire if you had to (although on this bike, you probably don't really want to try to pedal it without motor since it's about 125 or so pounds). It goes about 28mph at max, which is consistent with a Class III electric bicycle. As I mentioned, the huge capacity battery is the highlight, so I have been customizing the bike to my liking (just in case the my photos look a little different than others). I guess if I could ask for more, it would be a torque sensor and 52V battery, but these are by no means deal breakers. As for customer service, I will mention that there was a small piece that needed replacement. Milo @ Eahora worked with me to get a replacement part in my hand. Great customer service and follow-up. Very happy with my purchase.

When I received the E-Bike box I took pictures for documentation. The bike was protected very well, I had no scratches on the frame or any of the components. My bike shipped from California and was up here in Oregon pretty fast. In my opinion this is not a cheaply made product. If you look at reviews on you tube check out Tailhappy, he did a 111 mile ride ( in LA ) and went up to the Hollywood sign. That’s some climb! Everything on the bike seems solid and well placed. The battery is very big and weights 27.8 lbs. what you get with that is mileage. It has a 1000 watt motor and would be perfect for people who would be doing deliveries locally I suppose. It weights about 112 lbs which is much less that my StreetGlide. This is my second E-Bike and the feeling I personally get when cruising down our country back roads here in Oregon is a feeling of peace. It’s quiet and you can take in all of the beauty when riding. The seat is very comfortable and is adjustable, I’m 6’3” and feel very comfortable on this bike. The only things that I intend on changing are the grips that came with the bike. Everything else seems to be great. My girlfriend can ride this bike as well . For me I wanted a bike that could cover some miles and that my girlfriend can ride when she comes over. Great bike at a good price on Amazon and Amazon’s staff had been very helpful whe I had a problem with my first bike.DC

Received the bike a couple of days ago. Easy to put together and very sturdy. Only put on 50 miles so far but the battery life is amazing. Great customer support. I do wish there were operating instructions sent for odometer etc but it was easy enough to sort out after watching a few you tube videos.

1 Range is great get about 85 mile throttle only. 100 miles peddle assist Great bike to do delivery door dash dislikes 1 No key to shut down bike computer off. Makes it much easier to steal. 2 Bike is a little to heavy can't turn in tight corridor in Apt. 3 Easy to get flat tires. 4 Throttle starts going out around 750 miles. 5 seems like motor at 750 miles is going as well. But time will tell. 5 No USB plug in battery After 2 months motoris going bad
