Listed as Exhaust Blower like image 4, arrived as just the Exhaust Fan Motor. The part with the fans was loose and fell off upon removing from the box. The gasket was not a perfect fit for the American Harvest 6039 and ripped upon installation. About a $30.00 difference in items, bad deal.

There seems to be no way to get a hold of the company for replacement directly, nor is there any mention of a warranty anywhere. The fan died after 4 months of use.
