I needed a last-minute, pop up canopy tent for a vendor event earlier this month and I was humbly surprised by this tent. I ordered the purple one, and the color is fantastic. Once I figured out how the lowest section of the leg extended, it was incredibly simple to set up. (I was in a panic while first assembling the tent, and panic makes everything harder.) Once you know how it collapses and expands, it’s really quick to do. I found I needed another person to hold opposite corners, and being a bit more delicate with the frame, assistance in lifting opposite legs at once. I’m certain the tent could withstand being treated less delicately, but I was in a severe time crunch and wasn’t willing to roll a hard six. 8x8 sounds bigger than it is, but for my purpose, it’s the perfect size to fit a folding banquet table, and at least two folding lawn chairs with room to spare. The canopy top and back windbreak seem like a ‘flimsy’ material, however it held up in decently windy weather. I did have to undo the back flap as the tent wanted to try parasailing a couple times. Once I undid the flap, the tent remained stationary without weights on the legs. I will definitely be adding weights as a just in case as I may not be that lucky next time. I can’t speak to the canopy leaking yet as the event happened to be a lovely, sunny day. It did, however, offer great protection from the sun. I am very pleased with this tent and will most likely invest in a larger size from Eagle Peak at some point in the future. For now, the 8x8 is perfect.

I normally don’t write reviews but I had to. My dad and nephew was assembling his own tent (a different brand) right next to me for several minutes before I got to our cookout. I put mine up before they were even finished. That’s how fast it was. I didn’t need help but my sister did help me turn it. So let me tell you what I love. 1. The tent is Velcro so it’s so easy up attach to the top. No complicated straps or snaps 2. There are 3 height options which would make this a good use for the beach, a picnic, or a vendoring event 3. The side flap is already attach to the tent top so it naturally falls in the right place and also has velrco straps to secure it from wind blowing. 4. It rained lightly during the cookout and it did a great job of keeping us dry. 5. It was easy to take down and I didn’t even need to take the pink top off to put it back in the bag 6. Love that the bag has 2 backpack straps so that it can be carried completely hands free so I can carry other things if I were going to the beach. 7. Light weight and very few parts to worry about losing. I would def buy this again and plan to. My family was impressed and kept asking me where I bought it from. The only complaint I have is that I wish they sold an option for a bigger size. The top is 6x6 and the base is 8x8 so while a standard 6ft table can technically fit underneath it’s not as spacious as I’d like. I hope they create an option that’s 8x8 at the top and 10x10 at the bottom.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I bought this canopy to set up at kids sporting events. Cons-heavier and longer than expected. Carrying case fits a little snug so unsure how long the material will last. Pros- Nice size canopy! Easy one person set up (I’m 5’3 mom and took me less than 10min to set up the first time, much easier the 2nd) easy to take down, sturdy frame, nice thick canopy material, side wall is a huge plus, comes with a wheeled carrying case. Would recommend.

Best thing ever!! I bought this 2 years ago. Since than I have used it over 80 times. During my daughter's cheer games & going to the lake & river. Everywhere i go people see me set it up by myself in under 5 mins. And disable it also under that by myself sometimes with a kiddo on my hip. So very easy!!! Its the best thing i have ever bought for summer. This month alone I've been to the river 10 times already & have used it. It fits about 4-5 people under it. Not super heavy. Great padded straps. The river I go to is about half mile hike both ways. And I carry it with other things. I'm not only back to leave a review which I forgot to do but to see if they have a 8x8 or 10x10 so I can get another one 🙌🙃☀️ highly highly recommend.

I can’t emphasize this enough—I do a lot of trunk-or-treat events every year. One year, I watched my decorations float down the road, and I woke up the next day with pneumonia. At that moment, I decided I would never go without a tent again.The previous tent I owned lasted about four or five years before giving out—just three days before I needed it again. So, I went home, searched Amazon, and found this little beauty. I actually ordered it by accident, but it turned out to be the best accident I’ve made in a long time.This tent is absolutely worth the money. It’s very practical and slightly smaller than my old one, which turned out to be a good thing because that one was too big. This new one folds down much more compactly, making storage and transport so much easier.While the legs are a bit harder to extend, the tent itself is incredibly lightweight—I can pick it up while fully extended and carry it by one leg. I was also worried that the mesh around the top would let in rain, but it’s positioned perfectly. We even had rain one of the nights we used it, and everyone stayed dry.All in all, this is a phenomenal pavilion tent—sturdy, compact, and reliable

I purchased 8 of these canopies. One came broken. You only get 4 anchors even though there are 8 holes in total. These will be perfect for deep in the woods where is 0% of wind. Not ideal for open space.
