Great canopy. Just the right size for my use. I set it up when car camping out on the prairie or in the badlands. But...... The included stakes are worthless. Toss them in the garbage or recycle them. I use heavy duty 6 inch long "Pole Barn Nails" For these you need to go to a hardware or home center that sells big nails by the pound or the each. To find the correct diameter of Pole Barn Nails get out your set of drill bits. Find the drill bit that fits in the holes in the bottom of the leg. You want it to be able to fit through. Not too loose and not too tight. Purchase at least 8 of the pole barn nails. . Each leg takes 2. Buy some extra also. You will want to pound the Pole Barn Nails in with a claw hammer not a plastic or rubber mallet. Do not pound the nails down flush. Leave them up about 1/4 inch for easy removal with your claw hammer. These will be a great improvement over the included stakes. However if you are going to set up the canopy where there are winds you will need to add additional tie down points on each of the 4 sides. A blowing canopy is a dangerous weapon. Prevent that from happening. At the home center or hardware store purchase 50 feet of parachute cord. Get a bright neon color to make the tie downs easier to see. Purchase 4 (and some extra ) stout plastic stakes. The kind with a hook near the top. Mine are 9 inches long. Some hardware stores have these. You might need to go to an outdoor store. Cut 4 pieces of the parachute cord equal length. I did 10 feet. With a cigarette lighter or BBQ lighter melt each cut end to prevent fraying. Make a loop knot near one end of each piece of parachute cord. In the middle of each canopy side, on the lower rung drape the loop over, then pass the free end through and pull it tight. Near the free end of the parachute cord make another loop knot. Slip this loop around the little hook near the top of your plastic stake. Pull this assembly out at an angle firmly then pound in the plastic stake using a rubber or plastic mallet. Repeat this procedure on the other 3 sides. Your canopy will now stay put during some brisk winds. In the photo you can see my canopy set up and staked out on some windy badlands prairie.

You're not suppose to leave this up throughout the year, but I have. I can see the Pacific ocean (that's how close I am). This canopy is over a small brick patio and it has been up for several weeks. In the last two weeks it has survived 11 Pacific cyclones and remains standing. It was easy for me to put up alone, and provides a nice pop of color. I like the material, seems better than the other canopies I have used. I have it well tied down with paracord. Really my only complain has been that the picture shows loops on the corners to use as tie downs. Mine has none, no loops to secure the canopy with my cord. So I have it tied to the frame, seems fine. The only thing that holds the canopy to the frame is strong velcro in the corners. And it's sufficient. 11 storms later and it did not come off.

Small, easy to set up and take down, comes with a case that’s a backpack. One issue; one of the pop out buttons on one leg seemed to just “disappear” into the leg. We tried to get it out but it just wasn’t there! Contacted Eagle Peak and they will send a replacement leg! Quick response. Now just waiting to get it so we can get the new soccer season started with our granddaughter!⚽️ Update: We received the new leg promptly and are back using the canopy again! Great canopy and terrific customer service!

The media could not be loaded. I normally don’t write reviews but I had to. My dad and nephew was assembling his own tent (a different brand) right next to me for several minutes before I got to our cookout. I put mine up before they were even finished. That’s how fast it was. I didn’t need help but my sister did help me turn it. So let me tell you what I love. 1. The tent is Velcro so it’s so easy up attach to the top. No complicated straps or snaps 2. There are 3 height options which would make this a good use for the beach, a picnic, or a vendoring event 3. The side flap is already attach to the tent top so it naturally falls in the right place and also has velrco straps to secure it from wind blowing. 4. It rained lightly during the cookout and it did a great job of keeping us dry. 5. It was easy to take down and I didn’t even need to take the pink top off to put it back in the bag 6. Love that the bag has 2 backpack straps so that it can be carried completely hands free so I can carry other things if I were going to the beach. 7. Light weight and very few parts to worry about losing. I would def buy this again and plan to. My family was impressed and kept asking me where I bought it from. The only complaint I have is that I wish they sold an option for a bigger size. The top is 6x6 and the base is 8x8 so while a standard 6ft table can technically fit underneath it’s not as spacious as I’d like. I hope they create an option that’s 8x8 at the top and 10x10 at the bottom.

This is lightweight but it works! We add a couple of strings and pegs on the windward side and we have shade for hours without any issues. Refolding and putting back in sack takes two people but is easy.

I immediately set this canopy up to judge 'ease of use' and 'quality.' Both seem to be very good. I followed the method shown in the video on the Amazon site for set-up and take-down. All goes well until you try to store the folded unit back into the storage bag with the top in place. The storage bag is simply too tight. I was able to get the unit into the bag, but it is not easy. A looser fitting bag would be a huge upgrade! This is the only reason I did not make the rating 5 stars.

Liked the easy set up however once taken down and put back in the bag carrying it the straps. Role completely so now we do not have a useful bag to carry it in!
