    • Easiest, most cost effective way to keep your above ground pool clean and clear
After weeks of trying to stabilize the pool for an above ground pool we purchased, I was ready to give up. I had no idea of the expensive chemicals I would continue to have to buy. I was an idiot and thought...just fill it with water and let the kids play. Was I wrong! You need chlorine tablets, you need clarifying, you need stabilizer, ph increase, ph decrease. It's a little science experiment you have working in your backyard and is like another child to constantly look after. I found this and decided to try it out. And it works perfectly! Just 1 scoop a week in the pool and now I have clean clear water. No more scrubbing algae, and the filters are lasting so much longer.     • Solid Clump!
For how expensive this was, I was a little disappointed to find that the bucket of powder was a solid clump. The scoop was cemented in and took me over a half hour to break apart to just get the scoop out. Seems to have gotten moisture in the bucket somehow to cause it to harden. I’ve had a pool for a few weeks now and have been able to maintain appropriate chemical levels with just this and chlorine (and a good filter of course). It’s a bit pricey yes, but you don’t need a lot and it’s so much easier than dealing with a litany of chemicals. I am satisfied.

    • So easy to use- clean pool all summer long
We have an above the ground pool that we put up for the first time this summer, and we didn't want to bother with having several chemicals to measure and put into the water. This care system for the pool is great. We put it in once a week and the water is clear. We haven't had any problems with smell, color, algae, etc. We leave our pool exposed with no cover and it sits under an oak tree and we were amazed that it was able to keep our pool clean and clear as it has.     • Didn’t work
I read all the reviews before purchasing this product. It seemed like so much money but the reviews were so promising. I’ve been having trouble balancing the ph/alkanity/chlorine in my pool for awhile now. After buying many different products and testing and testing and still not getting the right balance I was about ready to give up. So with the reviews being soooo good I went ahead and spent the money. Took a little longer to arrive but when it did I couldn’t wait. I immediately open it to see a container about 1/2-2/3 full which seemed odd to me. I didn’t take the time to actually weigh the container I just wanted to see if it truly worked. I read the instructions and started scooping. (I even called my friend and invited her over to swim the next day.) So 8 hrs pass and no change. Test again at 12 hrs, no change. Test again at 24 hrs, no change. Went to my local pool hall expert to have my water tested again. She said it looked like I hadn’t put anything in it as the results were the same as the first time I had them test it. She had also never heard of this product. I’m frustrated. I go home and dose it again, test the next morning, still not right. At this point I’ve already used almost the whole bucket with nothing positive to say. Wasted a lot of money. ... show more
