First it isn't as easy as they say, it is very complicated to get started. The foot brake is hard to get used to when you have used other disabled scooters. It is very heavy it isn't one you could easily be hauled behind a car. Mine clocks to 25 mph which makes the braking very important. The back up beeper would wake up some one 2 blocks away so it is very hard to sit so close while it is backing up. The turning radius is terrible which is why I can't give it any more than 3 stars. Now that I have been using it more I have a few more things to say....the brakes are dangerous! You step on them and it barely slows down, so you put more pressure on them and all of a sudden you are skidding sideways because they locked up. The mirrors are useless unless you want to see your armpits. They are just too narrow. I HAVE NOW HAD THIS FOR ABOUT A YEAR. IT IS COMPLETELY USELESS. I BOUGHT 5 BATTERIES BECAUSE IT SAID IT WOULDN'T CHARGE AND WOULD ONLY GO 30 FEET BEFORE GOING DEAD. AFTER PUTTING 300.00 WORTH OF BATTERIES IN IT, IT DID THE SAME THING. DON'T BUY THIS.....
