The bike was expertly packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was straight forward, but beware that the fork brace goes to the front and you will likely have to rotate the gooseneck 180 degrees. The bike is beautiful; the welds are perfect, and lend to the aesthetics. Handling is nimble and the bike seems lightweight for an e-bike. I purchased for commuting so I replaced the seat. The throttle is the lever type, I am used to a twist grip and would prefer that. At 2000 watts peak you will not be breaking any records on take off but it gets on down the road nicely. The ride is pretty nice for a mountain bike. I think it's a great bike for the money. OH, i researched and even asked the Ai bot if this bike had a rack and a stop/taillight, the answer was no. But I was pleasantly surprised to see that it shipped with both. Someone needs to fix the description and place a more accurate picture. Update: I took the bike out on its first commute and I was disappointed. the 1000 watt motor did not make much speed. Also with my 215 pound frame battery life is an issue. I realize that I'm bigger than many , but when you advertise 40 miles in full electric mode I would hope for 60 percent of that range. Also, while using peddle assist 3 in 21st gear i am not convinced that a person can peddle fast enough to assist or be assisted. then I was only going 24 MPH. If you drop down to peddle assist 2 you can keep up but you are doing all of the work, and your speed drops into the teens. The bike worked perfectly, but it is not what I am looking for, I may end up going for a gas scooter, but this will be returned. ... show more

Received directions were decent it does come together pretty much 90% put together everything seems sturdy and strong it even came with the tools to put together. Still need to attach fenders. I will update when I ride which is here shortly. Update took it for a spin last night very fun to ride very powerful she gets up an goes only issue is the phone mount did not come with it there’s a bracket I believe it’s plastic that the phone mounts on to that is secured to the handle bars. That is my only issue fun E bike. I recommend this purchase. ... show more

The bike is great but I received it with a broken phone holder. I have now been trying to reach anyone that can help me with a phone number or email to reach manufacturing or seller. Ive chatted & called Amazon, it’s a big runaround and they tell me I have to return the whole bike which is ridiculous for a plastic part that should be easily replaced. This concerns me for the future should I need customer service & replacement on other parts? Who am I to contact? ... show more

I have have tried for several months to upload a video to explain the issue since they tell me I am not missing any parts but they say file format not supported without telling me which file they accept. This electric bike is wonderful! It is beautiful, powerful and built to last. The assembly was somewhat tricky as the instructions were sparse and printed in tiny font. But it was up and running in short order. The cell phone charger/holder, horn and headlight are nice touches. The power assist mode is quick and responsive.
