Chair was fairly easy for this 60-year old female to assemble. Did not take long at all. It is very comfortable and just what we needed for my 92-year old mom. We try not to use the lift feature as she does not need it at this time, but when she does it will be there. The color is a grey blue. Very pretty. It's not too small and not too large. Mom is 5'3". If she does not sit back all the way, her feet do hang over the footrest. But, if she is positioned properly it is very comfortable for her. While she does not sleep in it, I did try it flat and that too is comfortable with the pillow provided to fill in a gap. Nice that the back and foot rests operation separately. We have not used the heat function as it is almost summer though she does enjoy the massage function. Very happy with purchase. ... show more

This chair arrives in 2 separate boxes. The base of the chair is very heavy. It is very easy to assemble. Once assembled the chair is amazing. It does everything. Legs up, head back, heat, soft and supple. Worth the $$. I’m 5’3” head height seat space feet touch the floor.

I spent months searching for a leather lift chair. They are very hard to find. This one works exactly as described. My only issue is that I had trouble getting the back on. It didn't glide all the way in so It left a little gap between the back and the seat. Customer service was amazing. I showed them pictures of the problem and they immediately sent me another chair. I love the leather and it looks exactly like the picture. The massage is great and the heat is exactly what I need. If I need another chair I will be buying from them again. ... show more

    • Decent recliner. Only the foot rest is not supportive enough. .

My son bought me this recliner because my I have edema in my feet and I need to have my feet elevated when I'm sitting. The pros are that the recliner was easy to assemble, comfortable and sturdy. The con is that I'm only 5'5"and my feet dangle over the foot rest and it's gets uncomfortable after a while. We put the pillow it came with under my calves which helped a lot. Another con is the awkwardly high back rest. They should have taken some of that length and added it to the foot rest. Other than that, I'm enjoying the recliner. ... show more
