I got this for my boyfriend and loved it. You will need to get an electrician to your home to set up a line to run to your breaker. It doesn’t take long at all but it won’t run unless it has proper electrical wiring. I love it. It gets extremely hot. It’s perfect to lay down in for one person. You can fit two people sitting inside - But I would not say 3. I absolutely love it. If you’re worried don’t be - just buy it. :). Also my skin complexion looks amazing since using it. ... show more

So far we have used it a couple of times. It does take longer than I expected for it to warm up to desired temp. Still love it and the heat it puts out. Just will plan things better time wise. And when we got it put together the front and sides aren’t quite flush mostly something I notice.

I purchased the full spectrum IR version of this a few years ago. With moderate use (a few times a week on average), it has continued to function perfectly. The temp control goes up to 151F, but it will take at least 2 hours to get there. It will get into the low/mid 140s F in about an hour, though. That's fine for me, and it continues to slowly climb while I'm in it. After 20 minutes in it and accounting for the lower temp of my body mass slowing down the heating process, it will go from 142 degrees up to 144 or 145 degrees. A couple of times I've waited for it to heat to max, and I can't notice a big enough difference to make it worth the time and electricity to wait for 151 degrees. 142-145 is pretty hot to step into and I start sweating immediately. I don't know this for certain, but maybe NOT running it at full max all the time might be better for overall product longevity, too. Here are some things I've learned: The heating elements click off as it reaches set temp, then clicks on as it drops. It's very sensitive and can click off and on every 10 seconds or sometimes less once it reaches set temp and works to maintain the temp balance. It is rather loud and disruptive to the overall relaxing environment that most of us aim for in a sauna. My solution is to set the temp higher than what I want, then get in a few degrees short of the temp I actually want. Like, If you want 135, set it to 145, get in at 130, then let it come up to temp as you're inside. These minor temp variations won't have any impact to the benefits you will get from being in a sauna, and you won't have to deal with the on/off clicks. "3-person" is highly subjective for the size of the sauna. I'm 5'8", 170 lbs. To lounge comfortably, I take up the whole bench in a sideways position. For me, this is the best. Sometimes my GF (5'1", 100 lbs.) gets in with me, and we can both fit sideways on the bench facing each other with our legs sort of intertwined a little and this is still comfortable. As you can tell, we're not big people, though. To just sit on the bench and face forward works, too, obviously. It's just not maximum comfort for me. Other than my GF, I'm not interested in intertwining legs with someone. Even sitting and facing forward, I think 3 adults of any size would be a little more cozy than I would prefer. but technically 3 slim-to-average adults could fit. IMO, this is comfortably a 2-person sauna and I'm glad I upgraded to what is considered a 3-person unit so 2 people can comfortably fit and still have a bit of personal space if desired. I highly recommend getting a couple of sauna backrests. Whether you lounge sideways or sit facing forward, they will help you to get into a comfortable position. All of the surfaces in this have heating/IR elements and are perfectly vertical, so you can't really lean on them and get into a comfortable position. Other cool features are the color selectable lighting, if you're into that. I've read about the various benefits of light colors, but I've never noticed them. It's still cool, though. The Bluetooth speakers have good sound quality and provide a great, immersive spa-like sound experience when playing meditative music. I also like the exterior entry lights. They are a stylish touch to an attractive sauna that further showcase this as a nice accessory for your house or gym. Fit and finish on mine is great and assembly is straightforward. I put it together myself--twice due to a move. I'd say I'm somewhat stronger than average, though. It is heavy, but my challenges were more about the size of the panels. They are a little cumbersome for someone my size. It would have been much easier with 2 people, but one determined person could still do it. I'm happy I shopped around to find the full-spectrum IR version of this, which was harder than one would think. Does that matter? Was it worth the extra $? I feel good about it, but I honestly don't know and have no idea how one would even figure that out on a personal level other than reading general studies about it. Adding any type of sauna routine to your lifestyle will have positive benefits, and I can attest to that. My skin looks great, I seldom feel like I'm retaining water, and I truly believe that my sauna has contributed to my overall health and fitness over the years I have been using it. It wasn't/isn't a quick fix for fitness or weight loss by any means, but as an addition to an otherwise healthy lifestyle, I consider it to be one of best investments I've made in my overall health and fitness. ... show more

We bought a 3 person dynamic sauna in November 2020. The sauna arrived in good shape and the delivery people left it in my garage. It definitely requires at least 2 people to move it, unpack it and assemble it. It wasn't too hard to assemble, but they could have made it much easier by telling customers clearly what is needed to install it prior to assembly. Specifically, the electrical requirements are not STANDARD. Yes, they did mention that you need a 20Amp dedicated line. But you also need a special receptacle called an NEMA 5-20. These are readily available at Home Depot and Lowes and its an easy DIY project to replace the old one. My challenge was that I discovered that I needed a 6ft extension cord as well. After hours of searching on line and going to Home Depot and Lowes, I called a local Electrical supply company and bought the component parts and built my own cord for about $20. After that hours long delay, everything was pretty simple! We installed the unit in a very tight space. So with some creativity to address our spacing constraints, we were able to snap and screw everything together in just a few hours. The unit looks great! On our first session we cranked the heat up to 145. It heated up really quickly and hit the temperature we requested. The blue tooth sound system was simple and the sound was good.
