    • Solid Printer & Great Tech Support, But Bundle Disappointment

I purchased the DXZ printer as part of a bundle that included a computer. Unfortunately, the printer didn’t connect to the computer, which was a letdown since that compatibility was the main reason I chose the bundle. I’m currently working on getting that issue resolved, so I can’t speak to customer service for the bundle just yet. That said, the technical support for the printer itself has been outstanding—definitely the highlight of this purchase. They were patient, knowledgeable, and helped get the printer up and running smoothly. Once set up, the printer performs well and delivers quality results. Also, a pleasant surprise: the oven that came with the bundle has been a real blessing to have! It’s been a useful addition I didn’t expect to appreciate as much as I do. I really like this printer. In the beginning, I was having a hard time setting it up, but once I got connected with the tank, they helped me diagnose what was going on and it was just as simple as cleaning heads I went from printing, unrecognizable pictures to perfect pictures full of color.
