It was very easy to setup, only problem I had was the printer driver was missing from the software thumb drive. I contacted support and they ensured I was up and running. The engineer Jeremy was very professional and courteous, we were printing in no time. I printed my first artwork with the new printer... Wow! The media could not be loaded. good dtf printer easy to use I have had it for a month and so far I have not had any problems with the ink loading itself into the head cartridges by setting the correct configuration that comes in the instructions video and good quality colors come out as you will see in the photos hopefully last a long time
