I am absolutely thrilled with the performance of the DTF machine. One of the things I love most about it is how effortless it was to set up. Granted, I work with software and printers on a daily basis, so I may have a bit of an advantage in that regard. However, even those who are less tech-savvy should be able to get it up and running with minimal effort. The customer service provided by the manufacturer is also top-notch. They are always quick to respond to any inquiries or concerns you may have and are eager to help you out in any way they can. I can't recommend this product highly enough, and I would definitely urge anyone in the market for a DTF machine to consider this one. One thing I would suggest is to make sure you watch the step-by-step instructions carefully that are in the White USB thumb drive. This will help you avoid any potential hiccups during the setup process and ensure that you get the most out of the machine. ... show more

Previously had a smaller A4 printer and didnt realize how limited it was, but was mostly satisfied with the process and results. Replaced it with this A3 size 1800 model, and couldn't be more pleased. Slightly faster, even with the larger print area, and now I can do the backs of 3X and 4x hoodies and such without my print being too small. ... show more

My boyfriend bought this one for me about almost 2 months ago, I couldn’t be more happier. Maintenance wise has been a breeze. Nozzle check every morning and a print head cleaning right after and done. I don’t print everyday so this is way easier than my previous printer.
