To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. This printer worked well for the first two months, but then the problems began. The white ink consistently clogged, requiring frequent maintenance just to keep it running. Eventually, the white stopped printing altogether—no matter what I tried, I couldn’t get it working again. I spent over $1,000 on this printer, and to have it fail so quickly is incredibly frustrating. Even worse, the customer service was non-existent. I reached out multiple times and never received a single response. Now I'm stuck with a broken printer that I'm still making payments on, and I feel completely let down. This DTF printer does not meet its product value. shirts came out with out white ink after full installation and got clogged first day . I do not recommend this product and I feel it's an incomplete printer in how it's put together.
