Ok the reviews are accurate. You will more than likely need customer support. It's complicated to set up. You can contact the company and they walk you through it. They are on China time so 6pm-6am. It is absolutely worth getting help. I am awful with technology and Daisy made it so easy. You have to keep up with daily maintenance and watch their videos. I love the oven. 2 minutes to cook the image and has come out perfect everytime. Very thankful for the help and their positive attitude. ... show more

    • OK printer and ok support, better off getting a real Epson L1800 printer.

Printer is very good quality, all steel case and the print mechanism doesn't look flimsy or easy to break. We had a software configuration and after contacting support they helped us work through the settings and helped us get back to printing very quickly. However, after only using it a couple of months a bunch of issues started bothering us. One, even though we are using the film roll, the printer will constantly think that it expects to have sheets fed and will continuously scroll film out looking for the end of the page. You have to turn it on and off about 10 times before it goes back into roll mode. The software isn't a legit copy of DTFRip. You have to exclude the software directory from Windows Defender so that it doesn't automatically delete the files in the directory that tricks DTFRip into thinking it's legit. Since you don't have a license, you can't upgrade to get new features. Upgrading drivers causes everything to just stop working. It looks like they have taken the guts out of an Epson L1800 and slapped it into a new metal chassis. It looks great and when it's working it prints fine. When I had a clogged print head, they pointed me to a replacement printhead they sell, but it doesn't even have the same connectors as the printer they sold me, so I'm not looking to spend $250 more to find out. ... show more

Iโ€™ve had my printer close to a year now been doing very well with it recently had one problem didnโ€™t know how to reset the ink waste got a contact with the company through Amazon. We had a chat through WhatsApp, remote access to my computer and in no time everything was back up and running.

Finally. I did purchase this DYF PRINTER ONE YEAR AGO and I could never get my review in. Well itโ€™s great news. It still works great and Iโ€™m a beginner so that should tell you how simple it is. I was afraid to get it but after receiving it and Iโ€™m a well packed wooden crate, I set it up and JACK and ALLEN at their customer service were always there for me when I had questions. They did the set up for the software for me because I was afraid I would do it wrong. I still reach out to them today just to say hello and that itโ€™s still working great. The media could not be loaded. Since I bought this printer on November I had so many issues. The first was that the DTF colors was not working properly, and I had so many issues try to get someone to help. And when I ask for it's that they didn't want to refound or replace the printer the money for all of the issues that I had, sow I have to stay with it, then they replaced the head printed on March 1st and since the 10 of March knaw I have problems with the ink pad have to be replaced less than 5 months. Ohh and I forgot when I was doing the head printer replacement I found they on of the parts of the printer was broken already. Again I lost $3,300 . Since I bought it I only could print less than 20 designs. It's not worth it. ... show more
