Makes great prints but is twice the cost of what it should be and the ink is ridiculously expensive. The "starter ink" that is included will prime the lines, but will immediately show you a "low ink" warning. So be prepared to almost immediately spend another $350 on ink. If you use unauthorized ink Sawgrass will lock up your printer and make it unusable. That monopoly is how they can charge so much. Cost is the downside by a longshot. Also - having to use their "Print Manager" slows down production by adding several extra steps after pressing print. Making our shop less efficient. That being said - the quality of the prints we get with Sawgrass is superior to other printers for sublimation. ... show more

Will edit! - currently just opened the machine to get it set up and the machine says ink is low, all ink is low. When I used the Amazon trouble shoot chat all it did was say sorry and gave me a link to return. I just want this machine to work with there to be ink! It’s not like this was cheap, the ink that comes with should work and not be empty. ... show more

Was good for a few months. but now it prints lines and "x" all over my printout. Wasted so much time, effort, and paper trying to fix it without any success.

I'm only paying this much because sawgrass has made it where they will shut down your printer if they see that your using another type of ink. I would recommend that no one buy any of their printers because since thecsunsetted the regular version of creative studio all we have is problems and glitches all day. Thousands and thousands of us ar3 all having problems. Do your self a favor and buy a printer from another company. This company is letting all their customers loose business because the new software doesn't work properly. I'm sending messages to support daily. All the old features are gone. They don't like that were making money. I know this because their charging you over $70 per ink that's just as good as cheaper brands. They shut your machine down if they see your using other inks. Their policing your machines. The new system is set up so you can sell through them so they can get a cut of your money. Which most of us aren't doing. They no longer let you do a 3d image of your cups or tumblers. Even in the Create a view area you can't even create a front view. I'm other words they don't want you making money off their software. I'm just hanging on till I find something better. I've spoke to thousands of other users. We're all having the same problems. Hope this saves you from the dread were going through. ... show more

Unless you're willing to spend a fortune on ink to replenish, I'd suggest shopping elsewhere. Since update to their creative software, not as friendly as before. IMHO of course. Your experience may be different, but can't say that you weren't told
