The vanity arrived with a broken mirror, despite being packaged well, which is the only good thing about this vanity. There was not a corner that didn’t have a tear out, dent, or paint chipped. The photos speak for themselves. My daughter was absolutely devastated as this was her birthday/Christmas gift. Quality is beyond unacceptable and I expected more for the price. Craftsmanship leaves much to be desired; the corners don’t match up on the drawers, glass or base. The glass top is uneven and will require some type of gasket around the inside to prevent wobbling. Not happy at all, will be returning if my issues are not handled satisfactorily.

It was not in fact easy to put together. And it came with stains that wont come off the drawer. Also one of the “A” holes was not the right size so I could not use it for the screw for the mirror frame. It’s a nice vanity once put together but it took me and my friend several hours to put it together and now I get to look at this not so cutie stain

there is a small crack on one beam but otherwise everything is great! For me personally, it would be better if the light were brighter, but everything works so well, there are three modes and you can adjust the light, the lockers open and close without problems

The media could not be loaded. This vanity was probably the hardest thing I’ve ever built but it’s so pretty! I struggled with the drawers a lot! The height of it is kind of small but the large mirror makes up for it. In all great purchase :)

Recived this product today for my wife’s Christmas present. But come to find a huge crack in the mirror. After building the rest of the vanity now my only option that I have been given is to take apart the vanity and then return it. I don’t have the means to return it to a ups store. Very frustrating and upsetting about the level of support that I have received. Don’t buy this product unless you want to have anxiety and an angry wife.

For the love of God don’t make the same mistake that I did in hoping that I would somehow be luckier than others and not get a faulty product. The paint is extremely cheap. Cheap as in, you’re trying to screw in a nail and a slight tilt of the nail angle can pop off a chunk of paint. I agree with a previous buyer that the screw holes are way too big, specifically part B that is used throughout the structure, for the actual part. It makes for poor aesthetic as well as difficulty in unscrewing the part if needed in efforts to align it. It claims to be a 50 minute operation however, it was not. But I’ll give it grace as it is a vanity. It’s frustrating because with the effort it took, (definitely need two people and over 3 hours, maybe 2.5 if we sped it up) I definitely did not want to return it. Overall, it generally looks nice hence the stars I gave, but I’m just so displeased knowing that in a few months time I’ll likely have nicks and chunks of paint missing all over just from gentle wear. I mean we bought it for it to be used, no? And I’m quite frustrated as the link to the actual manufacturer’s website seems to just be there for show because you cannot actually click on the contact us button. I would just invest your money elsewhere unless you really don’t care for chipped paint and for it to look used before you even complete the project. Although, Amazon support was very kind which I appreciated however I wish the manufacturer did a better quality control check before even continuing to sell despite the prior bad reviews.
