The media could not be loaded. The desk is very unsteady. The drawers do not align with the frame. Also, there are so many pieces and this makes it very difficult to assemble. Make sure you have a few hours to put it together. However, I do not recommend purchasing this as it’s overpriced for the quality. I also tried contacting support, but it’s via email and who has the time for them to reply 48 hours later with all these pieces all over the place. I recommend reading reviews before purchasing. The lighting is not good. I had to buy additional LED light strips and run them all along the mirror in order to make this work ok for my wife. Quality is ok. Overall design is nice and we like the large mirror. Assembly can be tough for someone who doesn't have much experience building things, but I thought it was straightforward and instructions were fine. My package was missing parts and the seller was responsive and nice enough to work with me & offered a discount. My overall opinion is that this product is NOT worth the money. $350+ is way too much for a "makeup" vanity that does not have sufficient lighting to do your makeup! Really defeats the whole purpose. Due to the quality of this product, I would expect this to be $150-200 range. ... show more
