  • GRADE A!!!!
Style: Extruder with Capricorn Tube
I had to print an arm out cause mine cracked and i couldn't get this in fast enough. once it did come in ill tell you it's like night and day!! i fixed the factory one to test before and after and ill tell you there is deff a difference in fead and quality of prints with this one!! and the thudding noise that would occasionally happen on draw back went away and has yet to return think that's from the new feed tube fittings thow either way i love this thing cant wait to get the rest of my upgrades in!! ... show more

  • Not Full Metal...technically
Style: Extruder
The upgrade kit does NOT come with the coupler that goes around the screw at the hinge side of the extrusion clip. You are forced to use your own, which means you have a "not completely metal" extruder plate and still need to watch for overtightening and faster wear.

  • MUST BUY for Ender 3
Style: Extruder with Capricorn Tube
This kit is amazing value for the price, and seriously upgrades all the biggest flaws of the Ender 3 out of the box. I bought this and the PEI sheet for my Ender 3 printers, and have never looked back. Save yourself tons of time, troubleshooting and headache! Buy this kit before you print!

  • Fixed my Monoprice MP Mini Delta V2 3D printer
Style: Extruder with Capricorn Tube
My bowden tube clip broke on my Mini Delta filament feed assembly and that is a non-standard part. I replaced the entire drive gear assembly with this part and now my printer works again! One thing to note...the tension spring that presses the drive gear against the filament is a bit stronger than the original...but that can be adjusted on this replacement part since it has an adjustment screw! Overall, very satisfied with my purchase and worth the money! ... show more

  • Why didn’t I do this sooner
Style: Extruder with Capricorn Tube
What can I say to convince you to get this? Let me start with what I am running. I have an ender 3 v2 with a hictop pei flex bed plate. Updated bed springs, and that’s really all. For the time of owning this printer I’ve upgraded a few things but never the extruder component. Didn’t think it was a necessity, I mean I was getting prints right? Would something so simple make that much of a difference? Well one day trying to print and my filament was not being extruded correctly. My e-steps, I thought we’re on point but i increased them to see if that would fix it. No amount of increase helped, it was inconsistent, spotty, crappy, and down right disgusting. I took apart the plastic extruder to find the arm had cracked along the gear housing, just like so many people have happen before. I looked at dual gear extruders, not knowing if it would be that important for what I print and decided to get this one. Immediately after instal I checked my e-steps and once I returned it to where it was before, 97.2, it was extruding perfectly. The upgrade all metal extruder almost seemed to be too stiff, I was worried that it would chew the filament because of how tight it seemed. Leveled the bed again, ran the test prints to ensure the leveling was on point. The filament is running so constantly, I haven’t had and issues with what I was before. So printed a Pokémon, fidget spinner, and a few other things. All came out perfect. I was getting results I hadn’t gotten before. I know they say that this won’t really improve print quality but I argue that 100 percent. Why wouldn’t creality include this off the factory floor? It’s such a blessing to have my worries about prints failing lessened. My prints have such a smooth finish it’s amazing this is still the same printer. I’m not getting those whispy filament pieces from travel, I’m able to increase the printing speed, and I’m not running the temps as hot as I was before. Yes I’m sure you need to make sure your slicer settings are tuned in. The thing is, my slicer settings were tuned when I was running the old extruder. My setting were tuned to make up for the unknown issues of the plastic extruder. So in short, GET THIS, get it as soon as possible, this should one of the first things to upgrade. ... show more
