The media could not be loaded. This heater throws a lot of heat! I used it this past winter season regularly as a supplement to our regular heat in our great room. It’s relatively quiet, so it’s not distracting to the conversations or TV. It shuts down when it reaches temperature then turns back on when temperatures drop. It’s attractive and stylish, and the fun part is you can put on the visual fire mode without the heat so if you just want that look and ambiance of a crackling fire without the heat, you can do that too. It was easy to install this into our manyle. We have a mantle that we built to go behind our pellet stove, and we bought this to use with the mantle when we removed the pellet stove. We chose this heater specifically for its size because it would fit in the space we had available. It did not disappoint! The media could not be loaded. My son love this fireplace, he's the reason I got it. I only have it four stars cause it appears brighter in photo but it's a cozy little fireplace. Easy to insert so that's a plus. It heats the room quickly and the flame looks real. Great quality.

I moved to a Caribbean island from the US, I really missed the ambiance of a fireplace.
