Really good product out of the box. Used it right away indoors took about 40 minutes to get to 148 degrees. Directions are horrible. If you just set it up where you will put it then you will figure out that the 1. bottom has the infrared plate to the front and the little plastic round pieces on the bottom so it slides 2 the top has speakers that go to the back You need to unscrew with 4 tiny screws the thin pressboard top to see the electrical connections 3. The sides and back walls are easy because they have written stickers that help you figure what end is up. The screws are A few extras don’t panic The door handles take the 2 BIG SILVER SCREWS There are 6 long bronze screws 4 are for the bench You need 2 people 0put the back wall on then one side there is a groove in the back piece so you need to seat the lip into it from the side piece . Clamp the middle first the. The bottom then the top Do the other side the same Then the bench put the plate first you can push the side walls out put it in place then have another person pull the walls back in ** connect the plugs 2 connections 4 wires Now put the bench on Put the bench on top … put the part with the holes closet to the edge to the back use 4 of the six bronze screws to put it in goes in smooth no need to pre drill Put the front part on with the door. The handles nice wood outside and the 2 big silver screws go through the light wood through the glass and into the good wood. Not to right don’t wanna crack the glass Then put on the semiround top piece… goes into holes can use wood glue if you like but it’s held on by little metal piece you can use one of the small bronze screws … no need to pre drill The top sits inside when you look down into the sauna from the top you can see the ledge it will sit on … remember speakers to the back Before you sit it in connect the 4 separate plugs through the provided spaces … sit it on top on the outside and make connections Also the 2 connectors for the light and panel are connected in the front Once it’s done drop it it apply a few screws and put the pressboard top on WHEN YOU TURN IT ON HOLD DOWN THE POWER BUTTON UNTIL IT GOES ON. IF YOU JUST PRESS IT QUICK YOULL THINK ITS NOT WORKING. Same thing when you change Audie from Bluetooth to usb to radio have to hold the sound button down to cycle. Good luck . The auto freight delivery tracking wasn’t being updated properly the 350 pound pallet just showed up one morning in front of our house on the street! We then had to break down the pallet there to carry the individual pieces to the setup location. It’s a two man job setting up the sauna with some of the pieces being quite large. Once we figured out the assembly directions the panels fit together perfectly! The sauna’s built with hemlock wood looks and smells wonderful! We added a blue seat cushion for extra comfort and outside floor mat. I look forward to the relaxation in the evening enjoying the sauna’s warm infrared heat while steaming music through the inside speakers by Bluetooth! ... show more

Seems to be a good product. I dont submit many reviews, but since this is a big purchase, thought I would. Arrived on a pallet, transport company contacted and we agreed on a date/time, which worked out good. They pushed it in the garage as it was raining some. It was well packaged (thank you Durasage!). No damage noticed anywhere after unloading and unpacking. Wifey and I put together, with a few minor hiccups. Unit fits together well. As noted on these reviews, I wish manual had been a little more detailed with written verbiage, but common sense will dictate how to assemble after looking, and looking again, at the vague diagrams. Unit gets real hot. Took 25 min to preheat to get to 140. Placed it in the garage. Yes, it uses 110v and we only have this unit plugged into one outlet. I'm not a big fan of saunas, but wifey is. Manual says to unplug when not in use, and never use in a storm. Unit has a nice mood light with various colors, one can set to stay one color, or change it to alternating mood lights. Can also turn light off, because the LED display inside unit offers some very subtle light, which is kinda medative too (we used it at night). I have not sync'd phone to Bluetooth to play Spotify yet, but will (Bluetooth feature was one of the main reasons for selecting this unit). Seems to have a few spare pieces (like an extra handle and also small panel piece-not sure where to put these). Also many extra screws. I will contact mfg and ask. Not sure how to secure the bench well, as there are only 2 pre-drilled holes near the back where one would sit. I would buy this again, wifey seems pleased too. ... show more

Really enjoying this sauna in our home! Heats up great! I was worried it wasn’t going to be big enough but it is very spacious. It fits perfect in the corner of our garage. Setup was pretty easy although you do need 2 people. Love it!

    • Power hog. My poor circuit breakers.
Had to route this to a section of the house that had nothing else plugged in. It kept tripping the breaker. My inlaws have this as well and same problem. This thing is a power hog. But wasn't too hard to build. My wife and I did it without much trouble. Only one wall latch won't close. Tried and tried, and no way. She loves this thing. Claims it makes her joints feel better. Ooohhhkaaayyy. I ain't sitting in that heat prison. I feel like a trapped rat. It's horrifying. ... show more

DOOR AND WINDOWS LEAK AIR. FELT LINING INADEQUATE TO KEEP AIR OUT. IF YOU ADD FELT LINING OF YOUR OWN OR PERFORM ANY MODIFICATIONS OF YOUR OWN TO MAKE THEIR PRODUCT DO WHAT ITS SUPPOSED TO DO "IT VOIDS THEIR WARRANTY". ROOF WAS DAMAGED OUT OF BOX.     • Worth the money!
I don’t usually write reviews but this purchase exceeded my expectations. I know a lot of reviewer‘s said the directions lacked a lot of information however it was pretty self-explanatory and the lab system made it very easy to snap together. We definitely need two people to assemble. I put it together in an hour and it heats up very fast compared to other models. Within 10 minutes it was already at 100°. The wife and I love it! The Bluetooth and LED lights are amazing. I definitely recommend this sauna. ... show more
